[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these mainly for the style; I liked the look of them. And, my AirPods were starting to get staticky. I thought maybe I’d use these for travel or backup for my AirPods. I haven’t used my AirPods since. These are so comfortable that I often forget I have them on! And, I bought a refurbished pair! I can’t speak to their sound-canceling and microphone abilities. I may still use AirPods for them. But, who knows— these are so good, maybe I won’t. Haven’t yet.

The microphone and speakers do better with minimal external noises. Physical build quality and battery life are pretty good. Would recommend these for use in low noise environments.

I love that i can wear them for extended periods of time and they don't hurt my ears. I love wearing them at work because I can still hear my radio i have to wear too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my earbuds! The sound quality is amazing the fit is great. I don't like earbuds that go in my ear and these sit so nicely outside my ear but provide a superb sound quality. I can wear them for hours without the ear fatigue I get from other earbuds.

Within the last year, I have purchased 3 sets of the Bose Ultra open earbuds ( I gifted 2) I wear mine just about every day while walking listening to music with the ability to still hear my surroundings without compromising the audio quality. They cradle comfortably on your ear and never fall out!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brilliant feature I bought ultra open earbuds more than a year ago and I am extremely happy with the clarity of sound , ease of wearing and total privacy that the open earbuds offer. It doesn’t fall or loosen up like most of the earbuds do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried most of the Bose headphones for the last 20+ years. My favorite is still the QC20. However, this Ultra Open beats that record. It is so comfortable that I almost forget it exists on my ears. The sound is amazing. I even use it on the plane when I get tired of my B&W.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a great alternative to traditional earbuds. I'm always hated those because no matter what size fittings I used they made my ears hurt after about 30 seconds. These bothered me at first and I was afraid I was going to have to return them, but I stuck with it and now I just love them! And the Sunset Copper color is to die for!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used a lot of audio gear over the years, but the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds genuinely stand in a category of their own. From a design standpoint, these are unlike anything else on the market. The open-ear concept is executed beautifully — they rest comfortably without sealing off your ear canal, which means you stay fully aware of your surroundings. Whether I’m commuting, walking through the city, or multitasking at home, that balance of awareness and audio is a game-changer. What really stands out is the sound quality, which is surprisingly rich for an open-ear design. Bose clearly engineered these with precision — you still get depth, clarity, and a solid bass presence without the isolating “in-ear” feel. It’s not just good for open earbuds — it’s objectively good audio. Comfort is where these truly shine. I can wear them for hours without any fatigue or pressure. No constant adjusting, no irritation — they just stay in place and feel almost weightless. That’s a big deal if you’re someone who usually struggles with traditional earbuds. Battery life is reliable, and the charging case is sleek and portable. Pairing is seamless, and the connection remains stable — exactly what you’d expect from a premium Bose product. If I had to highlight one differentiator, it’s this: these earbuds don’t force you to choose between great sound and real-world awareness — they deliver both effortlessly. Bottom line: If you want high-quality audio, exceptional comfort, and a more natural listening experience, the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are absolutely worth it. Bose didn’t just release another pair of earbuds — they redefined how earbuds can feel and function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds offer a one of a kind open-ear design that keeps you aware of your surroundings while still delivering clear, balanced sound, which still packs good bass for open earbuds. They are very comfortable for long wear and are quite light yet secure on the ears throughout the day. They’re a great choice for anyone who values comfort, awareness, and premium sound quality.
