[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a birthday gift, they're perfect for when I'm at work, I can stream music and podcasts all well still being able to hear my phone and my coworker's, the sound is impeccable, nothing like conventional AirPods, I love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG!! I am a newbie at tech but once I caught on I am confident I can pair my ear buds with anything bluetooth compatable. Have done so with my non-smart tv and my iphone. I almost do not know I am wearing them. I wanted to listen to liberal tv in bed while my husband did not. Perfect solution!! Very clear sound. All I hoped it would be.

I have been using these for the past few weeks most days and love them so far, oy earbuds i have ever said that about. So far I would say they have great comfort and stay in place! I have often found myself forgetting im wearing them if not actively listening to something and havent had them fall off at all when exercising. It does take some time to get used to wearing them as recommended but mainly to find the right position for the best sound, i do wish the band was slightly larger or adjustable so that it would be just ever so slightly louder and clearer at times. They definitely have good range I'm able to walk around my house with my phone sittingon the charger with no issues. The sound is amazing in quiet places, but loud environmentscan be tricky. The immersion modes are fun, still was great for watching show though I used motion a lot while walking around with them in stores or at home. It's a subtle sound adjustment but very enjoyable. As i said before ut does have trouble with louder noises ie vacuuming was not as enjoyable as music was drowned out though still able to hear it. I tried out the auto volume adjust but it didn’t seem to do much in this situation and was subtle overall. The app seemed to work well with them, it made it easy to add new devices, you can also do it via shortcuts but I never tried it that way. There is an option in shortcuts to change devices which was nice a bit slow but faster than going to app. Though the shortcuts did reset on me a couple of times which I noticed when trying to change devices. Battery life seemed good, no issues with it running low aside from the time I left them out overnight on purpose. Otherwise they stayed charged just from dropping them in the case, though definitely wish the case was set up for wireless charging on it. Overall I think these are excellent earbuds and definitely see myself using them more than any in-ear earbuds I have used in the past.

I have owned these since shortly after they were introduced. I really love how comfortable they are as I have forgotten I was wearing them several times. They are great for listening to podcasts as the battery life is very good. Unfortunately I find that I have to make sure I speak up during calls. Unless I make a concerted effort to speak up I can't be heard on the other end. Good solid connectivity and very comfortable.

I bought these open ear buds a few weeks ago and absolutely love them! Whether you listen to your music loud or soft the music quality is amazing. It’s uncanny how a person standing right next to you cannot hear your music. Because of the cuff design you still hear everything around exactly as if you were not wearing the ear buds at all.

I brought this product last year and I’m not impressed by it. I know it’s better because it’s not inside my ear. Nevertheless, on the subway, bus, and/or in public in general I can hear everything and the volume is at max. The older version with the noise cancellation sounds much better and worth the price.

I purchased these because I don’t like traditional ear buds that are lodged in the ear canal. Typical Bose sound with rich base and clarity of sound. Perfect for physical activity, the stay securely in place. I am able to interact with the world around me and hold conversations in the open air mode. Full immersion a simple touch of the ear bud transitions to full immersion for a complete Bose sound experience. Easy placement and removal. Very comfortable, when I am not playing music I have forgotten that I even had them on.

I have never had the chance to try an open ear earbud before and it was definitely an interesting experience. The fit of the Bose open earbuds is so light and so comfortable you almost forget they are there. The sound quality is good for this type of earbud. I love how easy it is to switch modes at the push of a button. I had no issues using these earbuds while running or doing other gym activities. Battery life was really good. I was able to stream podcasts, take calls and listen to music for a few days before needing to charge the case. You do have to make sure the contacts on the earbud are placed properly in the case. Otherwise one will charge and the other may not. My one con is the Bose App. I often find it very laggy when switching my devices and sometimes it doesn’t connect properly. I hope they provide updates on this soon. Other than that when it functions, having the ability to customize sound is great and the app is fairly user friendly. I definitely would recommend this type of bud if your looking for something with great sound that won’t fall out of your ear when your active. I do wish that along with the immersion it had the same capabilities as the other Bose Ultra line but it’s not a deal breaker these are pretty amazing!

I bought these at the beginning of the summer for the express purpose of wearing them during my walk (all outside/sidewalks) to and from work. I have the Boae over the ear headphones and they're so good at canceling noise, I almost got run over by a firetruck with full sirens. BOTH ARE AWESOME. Since I purchased these with the intent to hear my music AND the environment around me...they are legitimately perfect for what I needed and wanted. They connect easily and reliably, have good quality audio, and fairly intuitive touch features. I love how they give me the sound I want, while still letting me hear all around me. Also good for the office, as I can wear these AND interact with my coworkers and still hear everything. Also...they look cool. Give this librarian the exact low-key, sci-fi vibe I like. At the end of the day, these are cool, exactly what I need, and I dread the day I have to replace them because I worry there won't be anything as perfect as these.

They don’t have the same sound as in the ear buds or headphones but for something that is secure in my ears, very comfortable and allows me to move about without falling out.
