[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Concert like sound almost unbelievable ! ...has similar effect of headphones over the ear. Can be a bit tricky putting on but very adjustable to get it just right. The more you use them, easier it gets. Great to use in environments where you need awareness of your surroundings like in gym, physical therapy, yard work with power equipment or walking on street.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this earbuds one week ago. So far so good. I love the fact that the earpiece doesn't go inside the ear canal. I am able to listen to everything that is around me. I will continue to try this earbuds, but so far they are working great.

My husband bought this as a bday gift and i told him it was too expensive but i tried for one day and i fell in love with it. The surround sound is awesome it doesnt hurt my ear even if ive been wearing it for hours. Doesnt come off when running or jumping. So worth it.

Super easy review because these are probably the best earbuds that I've ever used. They feel super light and I an wear them all day at work around the office and my ears don't get tired. They also have an aware feature that actually allows me to hear everything going on around me too. The sound quality is as amazing as you'd expect from Bose, and these are cool because you can customize the sound settings a lot through the app. Finally, they look amazing and have a nice finish, and the battery life is great. I've gone a few days on a single charge. One thing is the case doesn't easily fit in my pockets, so I have to put them in my bookbag or gym bag, but I'm hoping to get a case soon with a hook or carabiner.

So, I bought the Ultra Open earbuds to help combat that and now they’re my new faves. Light, comfortable, no heat and the sound quality is amazing. Beyond happy with my purchase!

Not what I really expected. Good quality, I just work in a noisy environment and the sound isn’t loud enough. I know, open air, it’s just a bit too much open air for me. I tried the quiet comforts first, and the phone calls were terrible. There is an open forum on the Bose platform about those. I returned them and, will be returning the open airs as well. I owned the Bose sports before and thought they were superior to these two. Sorry guys, trying the Sony XM5s next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these 2mos ago. Very comfortable, to the point that I forgot they were even on. Did not notice until I went to touch my earlobe. They work great and very clear sound both listening and for phone calls.

Why would you make it impossible to find the serial number so one could get help to make this thing work in a simple way. Like turn on and not keep telling me how much battery life is left and not run till it runs out of charge. Features like quite are great but finding a simple way to play brown sounds to sleep with out all the stop and go and battery life interruptions and not able to get help unless some how finding the hidden serial numbers a want to return the product

Everything is great for these earbuds, i love the style and comfort. The battery life is more then enough for me and I listen to podcasts atleast a couple hours everyday. The only problem is the connection. Almost everyday, multiple times it gives me some problem with the connection. I wish bose can fix it in anybof the upcoming software updates.
