I bought this to check it out as to sound , Bass and features compared to on ear and in ear phones that I owned .. verdict .. very comfortable , won’t even feel that it’s hanging on my ears . Only flaws so far is kept on cutting off during listening then troubleshooting was resetting it as recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently acquired the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds approximately four weeks ago. The concept of 'open' earbuds has garnered my attention for some time. I have experimented with other earbuds marketed as 'open' (for instance, the Sony Link Buds), but they were returned after a week of use. Upon initial trial of the Bose Open Ultra, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional sound quality and remarkable comfort. 'Comfort' might not be the most accurate term. Shoes can feel comfortable when worn, but the Bose Open Ultra earbuds provide a sensation akin to being barefoot. They remain securely in place and feel virtually imperceptible.

I got these a few month ago and I absolutely love them when I’m listening to music, especially during a walk. There are 2 instances, however, where they fall short and I have to switch back to my 2nd gen AirPods: 1) if I’m doing interactive games on my phone (e.g., Duolingo) or 2) if I’m wanting to call someone. People have trouble hearing me when I use the Ultra Open Earbuds during a call and I can never hear the audio when I use them while playing Duolingo. As I said, however, while I’m listening to music they’re absolutely fantastic; they have great sound and I often can even forget I’m wearing them coz they’re so comfortable.

The audio quality is too notch. If you want to listen to music yet still hear the world around you, they are great! As for phone calls, they are very bad. People always complain that they cannot hear me. If this is fixed, I would easily give these 5 stars.

I was a bit hesitant to buy these because of the price and the fact that I already own the Quiet Comfort earbuds. I bought them because I easily get ear fatigue, and I could not be more pleased. They are not perfect. I have had a couple connectivity hiccups, nothing major, and people on the other end of a phone call had a hard time hearing me. That being said, they can't be beat if you're like me and want to do yardwork in the summer without your sweaty earbuds either making your ears hurt or falling off. I have done my gym routine with them, and gave them a vigorous few head shakes without them falling off. The sound quality is excellent, as you would expect from Bose. Looking forward to to plane rides without sore ears!

I received these as a gift from my husband. I have been enjoying them almost two months and can’t believe I finally have earbuds that don’t fall out because of the wrap around design. Great quality sound and love that they don’t block out surrounding sounds, especially when I’m outdoors walking. Another great Bose product!

I’ve been using for a few weeks now. Good for music. They are lightweight and take some getting used to as they DO NOT SIT INSIDE THE EAR! Battery life is amazing, last me all day; will forget you’re wearing them! Phone calls have been horrible for me! I thought maybe because I was only wearing one! Even with both of them the quality is poor as far as people say. When I’m speaking on the phone with them in, I often have to repeat myself constantly. That makes me sad! The main reason for my purchase. The price is for the brand. These ain’t that phenomenal.

My only gripe is occasionally the connectivity is spotty and sometimes it will play the same thing in both earbuds but otherwise very good product would buy again

They are simple to wear and use. The sound quality is unmatched. I’m glad I spent the money now. They are worth every penny.
