This is one of the best gifts ive gotten myself in a long time. I typically cant wear earbuds either they fall out, i cant hear around me so i only wear one, or its uncomfortable when wearing glasses 🤓. These solved all those problems and being a military woman i feel safe being able to hear whats going on around me with both in. Great gift for those who like to be situation aware, & stylish. I am finding a slight static sound when in immersive mode so i may utilize my warranty. But happy i bought it here than another company

Out of the box, I had some difficulty putting the earbuds in. I didn't quite understand the directions, this kind of made me feel like I was getting a bit old. But I kept at it and got them on and adjusted to a comfortable position. By the end of the first day - I was forgetting I had them on. I wear my earbuds all day long as I work from home. I switch from MS Team meetings on the PC to listening to Sirius or an Audiobook then back to a meeting with ease. The quality of the sound is great. The earbuds also allow me to hear what is going on around me with ease. Dog and husband can no longer sneak up on me when I'm working. I haven't had an issue with losing an earbud, or dropping a call - These are my new "go to" for all occasions.

Deep rich sounds. After wearing for long periods it gets slightly tender around the ears surfaces . Currently in 90 testing phase. I use these open ear units while playing my trumpet. The sound is enhanced more if i move my earlobes forward as i positions the sound closer to my ear canals making the music easier to hear while following along with my horn. if the Bose speakers were designed with the speakers in more align towards my ear canals for me it would be ideal. I am trying to figure a way to move my earlobes 1/2 inch forward by securing something to a hat i could wear while playing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound, super comfy, but phone call issues. These Bose open-ear earbuds are incredibly comfortable. I barely feel them, even after hours. The sound quality is excellent, and I love being able to hear my surroundings while enjoying music. Battery life is only about 4 hours, but fast charging lets me easily get 8 hours total use. The downsides: they drop connection during calls, and while I can hear the other person clearly, they say my voice sounds muffled. I hope Bose fixes these issues, because otherwise, these are nearly perfect.

These earbuds are incredibly light, they stay comfortable even after hours of wear because they don’t actually go inside your ear, and they still offer quality sound. As a filmmaker, I personally believe using their immersive audio mode when watching films (especially when they’re sound designed with Dolby Atmos) can give you the best (earbud) listening experience. Though, some things to keep in mind would be if you wear the earbuds while also wearing a mask, they do tend to get entangled when attempting to take either of them off. Another thing would be their volume controls - it’s overly complicated to change the volume and the process takes a bit too long for my taste. But overall, I find the open earbuds to be quite innovative, and a grand improvement from the typical earbud design.

I bought these ear phones and I have to always reconnect the Bluetooth every time I receive a call or when I swap ear phones . Sometimes I’m listening to music and the earphones are out of sync. It does fit well on my ear on the right side like that earphone has a manufacturer defect

My wife bought these awesome little headphones for me shortly after I first heard about them. I love them and use them very often. If I have one issue with them, it is that they are a little tight on the helix of my ear, no matter how high or low I place it. The sound is great and the battery life is amazing.

Not having to remove my hearing aids to use them is a plus! I love my headphones, but I wish there would be a way to track them if lost. Also I often get people telling me they can’t hear me when on phone calls. Other than that they are very stylish and sound amazing!
