[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these as a Christmas gift for my wife and she absolutely loves them!! The way the fit and feel on here ear, the amazing sound quality and how long the charge last. She showed them to her brother, and he bought a pair.

I have more than 20 ear buds. These ultra buds crush them all. They pair quickly and the large button makes them easy to use. I can wear the ultra all day they are incredibly comfortable and I never have to adjust them in my ear. Well worth the money. The sound is what I expect of a Bose product, perfect.

With the new design its a conversation starter and a great look to your ear. The battery life is excellent with the battery life with the case. A great purchase and looking forward to bose new innovative tech.

I bought them a month ago to use at work with Microsoft Teams. They connect easily but the connection sporadically disconnects and the battery life does not get me through my 10 hour work day. Even though they are connected to my laptop I do not get ping notification when the come through. No audio notification received.

I chose these because I have daith and cartilage piercings so sometimes ear buds are a problem. These were great! No issue at all. Sound quality: definitely Bose, A+ Takes a minute to adjust and get used to the feel of wearing at the bottom of the ear. I keep expecting them to fall off and they don’t even come close. After a while, I don’t notice them AS MUCH, but I know they are there. Buttons are easy to control. Sometimes one bud goes out for no reason and reconnects— I’m hoping this is not a later concern. Holds a charge well. I will really put them to the test in my next marathon next week- that will determine if they are a keeper. I like the concept and look, but I use them for running distance. Will update this review if I can without creating a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have extremely small ears, and my “in ear” earbuds literally left open areas in my skin. I saw the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds and decided to give them a shot. They obviously eliminated the “In ear” pain and impaired skin integrity issues, and they stay comfortably in place with no problems. Sound quality is excellent; the controls/function takes a minute to get used to, but not difficult; battery life is exceptional, far exceeding any others that I’ve used so far. My only complaint and reason for giving only 4 stars is call quality, on both ends. Hard to hear, so much so, that at times I’ve had to switch back to my old earbuds for the call, just so the other person could hear me well enough to converse easily. If there is a way that they could push an update that would remedy this (if that’s possible) they would be 5 stars for sure.

I usually listen to headphones when other people are around (otherwise I will just listen out loud) and either would listen to low volume or have one earbud out and now that isn't a concern since I can have them in and on and still hear someone that wants to tell me something at work or home. My only thing to point out is if the environment is really loud you may not have the best ability to really hear all of what you're listening to.

These earphones are so comfortable I could wear them all day without my ears being in pain. I am a Bose customer for life now!
