They’ve replaced it with a new one with no issues even all my vehicles that I have have Bose sound system wireless speakers, headphones earbuds. Bose is the only way to go.

I usually never write reviews but for this I think I should do justice and let others know how important this has become in my life. I listen to my favourite music, news, social media posts movies, audio posts whatsapp posts and so on... It takes me to a different world and the quality of sound has just no comparison to anything. At the same time I can use it to receive calls and make long distance calls with full clarity. so convenient to hear and long battery life. Trust me you should not deprive yourself of not having it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought several pairs of these, and they all fail miserably to work consistently with my iPhone and Apple Watch on a consistent pace basis. I expect to be able to go to work out and put them into my ear and listen to music while I work out without having to take a half hour each time to repair them with my watch. I also found that one year would consistently lose charge and so I only was able to get one bud working most of the time.I worked endlessly with tech-support to no avail and after months of frustration, I bought a pair of AirPods Pro 3 and I’ve given all of my Bose earbuds to Goodwill. I found that I cannot use the on a regular basis without issues and a lot of handholding and found many times even with that they did not work properly. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own other bose headsets and speakers and they give good sound quality. I bout the open airs because all other ear buds never stayed in my ears. The open earbuds stay in place really well. The sound quality isn't quite as good that I have found, but I am good with that because they stay in place and I don't have to keep pushing them in all the time.

I let sister use and she enjoyed. So now they are hers she loves while working in office and becomes awar of music as well as music.

I was blown away at how they’d fit feel like on the ear. After a couple of minutes you can’t even tell they’re there. Comfortable enough where you don’t get ear fatigue. And the sound… THE SOUND!! The sound was amazing. You get enough sound coming out but still are able to hear the world. Great purchase.
