I’ve had these for a few months now and love them. I use them when I am working out and mowing the grass. I have small ears so all the other ones would fall out while I was wearing them. I haven’t used them for calls that much but I can easily have them in during zoom meetings and still have all my music going without missing anything in the zoom. I would totally purchase these again and in another color. That way I always have a back up pair while traveling.

Normal earbuds never stay in my ears because my ears are pretty small so I had given up trying to use them. Then I saw these and decided to give them a try and they are a game changer! Purchased these a month ago. Couldn’t wait to use them at my gym, the day they were delivered. Absolutely LOVE them! Once again…Bose has delivered excellent sound quality! You forget you are actually wearing them. The design is amazing. I have really small ear openings, so all earbuds hurt after a while. I replaced my Beats with these, and I will never go back. I wanted something I could wear outside and still be able to hear my surrounding, but also enjoy good sound quality. Bose you are the BEST!

Now I’m probably going to trade in my old Bose headphones for a pair as well. The clarity and feeling of sitting in the front row of a concert is just incredible. Add to that the ability to hear other important sounds around you and these really shine. Another excellent product from Bose!

The microphone is of poor quality; when on a call, people can barely hear you; you have to scream so they can listen to you. The connectivity with the iPhone is terrible; that's the worst part: if you are on a call and lock your phone, it will automatically disconnect the earbuds. Also during calls you will notice that they will disconnect from time to time even if you keep your phone unlocked. If you have an iPhone stay away from them, I can't tell how they work with Android. I regret owning them.

I’ve had my Bose Open Earbuds for about two weeks now and I do like them. The sound is very good as far as music or listening to a book. The only issue I have with them is the phone sound quality for the people that I’m talking to. They always ask me to repeat what I’ve said because they can’t hear me very well. If you could improve on this I would gladly give 5 stars!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought these a month ago, and I love them. They sync well to both my phone and my galaxy watch. I get plenty of hours listening time. The best part is when I run early morning, I can play my music and still hear the sounds on the running trail. Same thing when I bike ride, I can hear around me and still listen to music with quality sound.

Everything is great, except my unit broke down 1 month after purchased. The left earbud won't be able to charge and stop working completely while the right one still functioning properly. Anyway I am happy with the sound quality and its features. So, I contacted the service center for replacement ^^
