You can use one or both at a time, but obviously the sound is much better with both earbuds together. I love how lightweight they are. I tend to forget that I'm even wearing them unless music is playing. They can connect to multiple devices at a time and have great battery life. I generally only wear one at a time and can use them for around 12 or more hours. I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these and are about to get them for my wife. I own all of the Ultra Bose Product line. They all have their strengths. If you want to listen to what you want but still be able to hear the world around you naturally, these Ultra Open Ear Buds are amazing. Great sound for music, podcasts or calls and yet you can still hear the world. From travel to cleaning up around the house, awesome.

After two weeks still getting used to them. They fit great and disappear after ten or fifteen minutes. Sound comes and goes at times which can be annoying. If i put a little pressure on them and they go a little further in my ear canal they sound much better. One size doesn’t really fit all. My ears are a bit large. I can’t use in canal ear phones because the material if it isn’t hard plastic causes psoriasis in my ear canals. These are good but not great

I love how they fit very comfortable. The sound when your playing music is great but when your on the phone talking with someone the mic does not work well. The person your talking to can barely hear you. I wish they would have made that better. Overall I am happy with the purchase just need to fix that one part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Bose Open Earbuds for about a month now, and I’m really happy with them. They’re super comfortable, plus I can wear them for hours without any discomfort, which is quite surprising because of its design, but it works. The fit is quite good and was pleasantly surprised that it stays on my ear when moving around, and even when sleeping. The sound quality is also better than I expected. Even though they’re open-ear, there’s a good amount of bass and everything sounds nice and clear. They’re not going to give you that full, immersive sound like in-ear buds, so if that’s what you’re looking for, just keep that in mind. But for me, they deliver exactly what I wanted. No issues so far. Everything works smoothly, and I honestly love using them.

Love them! I've been waiting to get these for months! I finally saved up a little money from my Christmas bonus and got them. They're amazing! My ears are super sensitive, so "regular" earbuds, headphones or other similar devices do not work well for me. After reading some reviews and watching some videos about these Open Earbuds, I decided I would get them eventually. And I finally did! I'm so happy with my purchase. Great sound, perfect for my sensitive ears!

Owned these about a month. I use them a lot when I'm doing something (like walking my dog on a busy street) where I don't necessarily want the noise-cancelling. The sound is still great, in quality and volume, they fit well and don't at all hurt my ears, even after wearing them literally all day. Wish they came in more colors!
