I received the Bose Quiet Comfort EarBuds on January 22, 2025. After charging them up, I tried them out. It took a couple of changes to the eartips and stability bands to get the right fit. However, I seem to be constantly adjusting the buds as they are moving about in my ear canal. I wish Bose had stuck to their tried and true method of furnishing eartips with the wings. Because the stability bands aren't doing the job. One other issue that I have is unlike a competitor, The QCE app doesn't provide info on the charge status of the charging case. Yesterday,I took the set out of the house and intended on using the buds, only to find out that not only were the buds batteries discharged, but also the case needed to be charged. Hopefully, Bose will see this issue and update the QCE app. I also use the competitor's earbuds and I find that having the charging case status on the settings very useful. I wish that Bose had used the multiple LEDs like they used on the Bose Sport EarBuds. One other problem that I had is that the buds are too sensitive to the touch, so I had to disable all but the volume. I am now using the Voice Control method. These are the reasons that I only gave it four stars. On the plus side, the sound and the three modes are amazing. I like the fact that there are several EQ modes, and I use the custom one. I thought I would save the best for last.

Incredible sound in such a small package. Frankly amazing. I would, though note, I would not trust wearing these anywhere other than when I'm at rest in a safe place, as these can fall off pretty easily, and I'd hate to lose them. In particular, I use them for sleep. And, the charge lasts 7 to 7 1/2 hours. I thought I'd use them for business phone calls, but I'm told that the sound of my voice on the other end is not good. That's OK. I have very good Bose alternatives for that. The older open ear buds that I have still work very well for phone use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my open ear buds for Christmas and couldn’t be more pleased. So comfortable and fantastic sound. I can still hear what is happening around me while not bothering others as I listen to my music and podcasts. I have read comments regarding use with phone calls but I can’t attest either way as I don’t use for phone calls. Definitely recommend especially if you have issues with in the ear buds being uncomfortable like myself.

I was an avid AirPod user but after trying these I LOVE them, the settings and options are perfect for working out. They sit in my ears and I don’t even feel them at all. Noise cancelling on airplanes as I travel a lot and I really like the look of them.

Any other earbuds always fall out of my ears and it drives me crazy— these I’ve taken on runs and throughout my daily routine and they’re so perfect, they don’t budge! The sound is amazing! Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because I can’t figure out how to use them for phone calls…which may be user error.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am generally quicky annoyed by sensations of earbuds in my ears but these are very comfortable, only feeling a friction point in the cartilage after a few hours. So comfortable I forget to take them off after a call! They're pretty too.

They sound good. The issue is either they don't fit my ears properly or they need to be louder. The units might need to be a few millimeters deeper in my ear to be louder. When I press them down a bit they are a better volume. It's possibly an issue with my ears not the units.

Love the feel of these. Literally feels like you’re not wearing anything, the sound quality is amazing and you can adjust the EQ to your liking! I was always a noise cancellation person but switching to these for the convenience was well worth it. I am an avid gym goer and these get the job done. Also, these just look sick on you, it’s like a nice accessory for style! Only thing is I can hear it have some connectivity bumps where the sound kinda distorts itself for a quick second but it’s nothing major and I’m keeping an eye on it. OVERALL, love the quality, sound, and comfort of these. AND FINALLY I LOVE THE SUNSET IRIDESCENT COLOR SO SICK

Battery life is perfect for my use, immersive sound is incredible and the awareness mode helps me hear my kids when I’m riding my bike. My skepticism has been squashed! Another home run Bose, keep up the great work and awesome quality. Longtime customer newly reaffirmed.

But there is something amazing about having headphones that are subtle and you can wear out and about without having to take them off and on.
