I tried to initiate a return and shared a photo clearly showing a defective connection. Person tried to tell me nothing was wrong!! Had to convince them the prong was deficient. Now have to wait over a month for my replacement ear buds!!

Sound quality is superb. I typically wear bone conductive and these allow the same level of awareness and ability k to hear what’s going on around me . Negative - left ear at 60% right ear 10% I got my wife a set too.

As with all their products, the craftsmanship and sound quality is unmatched. I've had these open earbuds about a month now, and I love them. No more trying to find a product that will actually fit in my ears comfortably is over. Took me a few tries to find the right spot on my ears for best sound, and love wearing them, so comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A true innovation; I like these because unlike other earbuds, these do not get inserted into the ear canal—- they clip onto your ear Because of this, you can still hear sounds and speech around you. Now my wife doesn’t feel like I’m “tuning her out” haha The sound quality is great; and while the bass doesn’t get as deep since they aren’t inserted to ear canal, I like the immersive audio and it’s rich as you would expect with Bose. Also cool that you can pair it with the smart sound bar for TV, gonna try that next purchase

Volume is to low, for both receiver and transmitter. Phone calls barley picks up my voice. I am not heard clearly on other end of phone call. In public the receiver is to low in hearing voice calls, listening to podcast and talk radio. In my house the music sounds fantastic, however it’s at the highest volume level. I’ve played w the various headphone settings, EQ, etc to raise the volume so I could use outdoors. Inside the cabin of a car, plane and gym cannot use, to low... in a public gym it’s useless due to the surrounding gym noise.

Additionally, I sought to address the common problem of earbuds dislodging during use. These earbuds are particularly effective for physical activities such as exercise and running. I have not encountered any issues with them falling out, and they allow for ambient awareness while jogging. Their lightweight design often makes me forget that I am wearing them. However, I have concerns regarding the case. While its compact size is advantageous, the lid exhibits some fragility. When placed in my pocket alongside other items, the lid tends to become somewhat contoured due to pressure from surrounding objects. Furthermore, the case utilizes a hinged design rather than a magnetic closure for security. Notably, the case lacks wireless charging capability. Although Bose provides an option to purchase an alternative case that supports wireless charging, I question why this feature was not made standard from the outset. The issues with the case are the primary reason I rate this product 4 out of 5 stars; otherwise, the earbuds perform excellently..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Audio is nice for open ear-style earbud. Comfort is very nice. However, microphone during calls is absolutely horrible. You can have a conversation with them, but I've noticed that most times there's a lot of repeating what I said that doesn't happen with other earbuds.

Everything fits they don’t fall Off my ear they are all around the best headphones I ever bought And I would buy them again I use them at work. I need to be able to hear things I can still hear things and listen to music.

I have had these Bose Open Ear buds for a few weeks now. In short, they are awesome. Finally an earbud I don't have to shove in my ear. Plus, since I wear glasses, I don't have a device getting in the way of either my ear or the glasses arms. A small negative is that if you are in an area where there is a lot of noise, i.e. a gym playing lous music, then these open earbuds definitely let in too much noise. But these I can wear all day and not get fatigue or have the ear hurt. Definitely glad I bought these!
