Typical Bose product. Great sound and holds a charge very well. Comfortable to wear long term. I wear them 7-8 hours in a row without any discomfort, although they need to recharge about 5 hours in. That takes 20-30 minutes tops. This is my sixth set of Bose headphones/earbuds and I have no complaints.

Great when it works, but frequently drops connection, picks up background noise and doesn't simply perform on a top of the line level earbuds. Hardware may be ok, feels more like the software and programming bugs frequently and doesn't get the most out of its capacities.

Used it for almost 3 weeks. Excellent sounds like all Bose products and super easy to use. Very comfortable on the ears. The only down side, they are open earbuds; ergo, only suitable for low surrounding noise (gym, jogging, etc.). Used it on my weekly bike rides and on rough road surfaces or high speed (above 15 mph) cannot hear anything other the road noise or wind blowing.

I fell in love with the Open Earbuds on day one. They immediately solved two of my complaints with other earbuds: 1) Comfortability for long periods. I don’t find most earbuds comfortable for hours of wear but I forget that I have on. Comfortable but secure. I have done hot yoga and spin classes with absolutely no problems, adjusting, or discomfort. 2) Block out other noise I need/want to hear. I can be listening to music at the office and still hear when someone calls my name or walking my dog yet hear a car approaching from behind. No longer do you have to do the one earbud thing so you can have one ear open. These two issues are solved without compromising the sound quality. Now, these are not for everyone or every application. You want to mow your lawn while listening to a podcast – these are not for you. You want to cancel the sound of your annoying coworker slurping their hot coffee – not the best for that either unless you turn up the volume on your music. But if you want to have a comfortable, quality sound while still being able to hear the instructor at your workout class – this is what you have been waiting for!

I wear them all day long, I really wanna get light brown or white in these, but overall best purchase so far!!

Hi, as always as you’d expect from Bose, it has reach, full sound quality and effects! The one thing that I noticed is when you push the ultra open earbuds to your ears, the sound becomes louder and reacher! But I guess that’s just how openness of earbuds is. Anyway totally satisfied with my purchase and I got it on sale! Beautiful piece of equipment for music lovers!!

Excellent open earbud. I took little more than 2 weeks to test all aspect. Here are the details: 1. Audio - 5 out of 5 ; This is expected from Bose; I have Bose Tempo and Tenor both. This one is couple of notch above. Bass is high (appropriate); 2. Immersive Audio - Excellent 3. Auto Volume - Excellent 4. Microphone - 3 out of 5; Needs some improvement; Its difficult to identify the sweet spot; For me it took more than a week. Week 1 people used to complain they are not able to listen. After I got the correct position last 1 week its working much better. While I am in a conference call if I move more (when earbuds are moving little bit) other side people thinks I am far away. Once again when I put it back to sweet spot its good. This is where Tempo and tenor perform better as they are fit is great. 5. Push Button - I prefer push button over touch control. This is again 5 out of 5. I am delighted although it doesn't have multipoint but I am able to switch within 3 devices by shortcut and push button. This same feature was there in QC Earbud and Bose Sports earbud. Not sure why this is taken away from QC II and QC Ultra earbud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed listening to music with ultra but when I used them for phone calls sound quality was horrible it didn't matter how I places them in my ear, when I called support they didn't have the answer when I wanted to exchange them for a different earbud they told me I would have to return them first wait for a credit then repurchase a different earbud that was alot of unnecessary steps Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried different earbuds and I have AirPods Pro as well, none hold as well as these. My biggest issue is earbuds falling out because my ears get quite….wet with sweat and what not when I exercise. I tried cheap hoop earbuds, and wanted something a little more trustworthy with the sound. I do wish these were completely water proof, but I’m happy with them holding on so well ))
