[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as open earbuds go, these are simply the best on the market right now. The sound is what you'd expect from Bose as is the comfort and fit. Battery life is great, though not the best on the market for standby time. I have a pair of open earbuds that can stay in the case for almost a year without ever recharging them, or the case. The price is a bit high, which is why I removed one star.

I have had these for about a month and they are the best earbuds I have ever owned. I have been through many types and brands and have always had a hard time with fit. All ear buds fall out of my ear unless they hooked over the ear. These ones are small, light weight, and stay in position. I have used them all day and multiple days in a row and they do not make my ears hurt. Great product

Great sound for music. However, I got these to use for work meetings on my laptop and I've been told it's hard to hear me and I sound echo-y. Ditto for using with my iPhone for Facetime; my family actually gets frustrated. Can't recommend if you want to use them for more than music!

I bought these when they first came out and I have been using them everyday at work for up to 8+ hours a day and Love them. I can listen to whatever I am on that day and still communicate with customers and coworkers without having to pause or remove them.

The shape of my ear makes it difficult to find a product that doesn't cause pain after 10 minutes of use. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are comfortable - I've worn them all day with no pain. I fact, I forgot they were on once! The sound is also fantastic. I've used bone conducting for years and these blow those out of the water. The stereo and immersive options really make a difference, depending on what you're listening too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a Mother's Day gift and was initially unsure about them, but after a few days, I was pleasantly surprised by how light and comfortable they felt. They were so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing them, even falling asleep with them on and only realizing it in the morning! The sound quality is impressive, whether I’m on a call, listening to music, or watching videos. There are two features I’d love to see added— a “find earbuds” function for when they get misplaced and a bit more tightness in the twist for a more secure fit. However, even without those, I really like them. Plus, the range of colors is fantastic!

I've had these a few weeks now, for the music experience they are great. If I use them to talk on the phone, they are terrible. I hear the person on the other end okay, but they say the ambient noise is terrible from me and echoes terribly. It is not a good experience for the other person. I would not suggest using them for anything other than listening to music.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are sleek, offer great sound, and they stay put during workouts! My only gripe is their connectivity. There are times that they work perfectly, but other times one or both side sputters with connectivity, produces static, and they can even be off sync with one side being ahead of the other. If they can fix the connectivity issues, these would be much better. Also, calls are a little tough to hear and also for the person on the other end of the line.

Other earbuds make my ears itch and don't seem to fit and I am always taking them out because of the discomfort. I often forget I have the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds in my ears!!!

I've had considerable difficulty using these new earbuds. Having used three generations of Bose earbuds, I’d say these are my least favorite. The two main issues I’ve encountered are unreliable connectivity with my Apple Watch and significant wind noise interference, which has been especially frustrating.
