I can have it in my ears all day and the battery last almost half of the day. I just have issue with connectivity using calls. Sometimes ok and sometimes not the other end saying that they could hardly hear me. Other than that. I love the rest of it so far.

The base was incredible. There are no others that even come close to how they sound. I’d recommend them to anyone that is looking for the perfect sounding earbuds!

Bought these based on prior experience with 25 years of other Bose products, like the feel, sound of the buds Bud would have liked to have at least a quick guide to get the buds up and working with my Bluetooth devices. Case in point, I did not know you had to load the Bose app to control the functions, such as volume up volume down on each of the earbuds and assumed right earbud was volume up, and left earbud was volume down. Had to go onto this out. Bose needs to do a better job and providing self instruction videos on their website for new and old products alike.

The earbuds’ sound quality and noise cancellation is top notch. The immersive feature is great for watching movies or listening to acoustics. However, the fit is strange and I don’t care for the over the earlobe design. They remind me of gauges from 2010. I have small lobes and they slip.These ear buds are great for music but, not picking up calls because they disconnect from my device.

Felt the sound would be amperes by the outside noise. Glad I was wrong. Sound is great! And they’re comfortable and secure on the ears. I forget they are even there. Sound is the quality I expected from any Bose product

This is the best open ear set on the market! I wear them for everything, errands, hiking, running. You can hear your music flawlessly and it's great to be able to hear everything thats happening around you - if a neighbour says good morning, you don't miss that and the sound quality is fantastic! I do not have to turn up the volume to max, the sound delivery is incredible. Set up was easy and they are very comfortable.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I have tried to use it many a times. It works great for listening music/videos with the immersion on& off mode. My biggest problem is phone calls are not going well. People are telling me that the sound is not clear to them. So, it’s disappointing and I want to return it.
