As someone with neck issues and a smaller frame, I’ve always struggled with headphones—AirPod Pros, for example, can even be uncomfortable and heavy. I hesitated before buying these Bose Open Earbuds, and to be honest, I wasn’t thrilled when I first tried them. They felt awkward at first, but after some adjustment, I haven’t used any other headphones since. I used to be a big fan of noise-canceling headphones, but as I’ve gotten older, I need to stay alert to things like kitchen timers, doorbells, incoming emails, and quick conversations around the home. These Bose earbuds solve the constant problem of having to touch or remove my headphones to stay aware of my surroundings. Unlike AirPods, which I found frustrating to pause and still hard to hear through, these don’t block my ear canals, and they never fall out. The battery life on the Bose is also incredible—I've rarely had to charge the case. Honestly, I should’ve tried these sooner. They feel like listening to speakers only I can hear, and I can easily wear them even during long conversations while my media or audio is paused. They are also quite stylish, and I rarely feel the need to remove them; they are seriously so comfortable.

I have had these for a few months now and they have some pros and cons. Pros: comfortable and good sound quality. You can connect to multiple devices and switch between them. Cons: they don’t announce texts or other app notifications. You cannot voice respond to text back or answer a call. I typically only wear one at a time so the volume up and down feature doesn’t really work for me since you need both to operate that function. Would love if these would charge with Qi charger.

Have been using them for a few weeks now, and I am not sure I want to keep them. The good- and best thing about them is the comfort quality. I don’t feel a thing and actually forget I have them on. The ok- Music sounds pretty good once you get them on in the best way possible. The bad- and ugly..- using them for phone calls is rough. People on the other end of the call are constantly saying I sound horrible. I keep having to take them off so that people hear me well. Maybe this technology can be improved upon in future models but this one doesn’t cut it for me. I would have passed on them if I knew about the downsides.

I have trouble with in-ear devices - one ear opening seems to be smaller than other and what fits one ear won't the other. I love my other Bose products and their reputation for sound quality and decided this was my chance to have an innovative device that doesn't invade my ear canal, and I am glad I did. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these earbuds about a month ago and so far i am amazed with the performance, the quality sounds absolutely amazing which was a big thing i was worried about when i bought them, they are very very comfortable to wear all day because it’s not irritating to the ear. the only thing that i’m iffy about on these is that if you turn the music up too loud people can slightly hear the audio, but that’s only if you blast it all the way so it’s more of a me problem than the earbuds. i’m gonna use these for a very long time and i would recommend everyone to buy these.

Earbuds are ok. Nothing special compared to others. The case is disappointing. No keychain or loop to hook. I almost lost the other pieces, you open it and they all fall out. Bose has really cheaped out. While these are comfortable and bose is what I know and have been loyal to, I’ll be shopping around next time I’m in the market.

Had for a few weeks now and my biggest issue is they don’t have good sound quality on phone calls. Sounds like I’m in a big hall or room. Sounds like I’m off in the distance. Doesn’t matter how much I turn up the volume. Music sound or listening to TV or computer is good. Better than my Powerbeats in that regard. Only reason for 4 stars in durability is because I don’t yet know how these are going to hold up.

I got these in the past month and they are hands down the earbuds I have used so far. The sound quality is superior to other earbuds in my opinion. I definitely won’t be using any other in the future. They are also super comfortable and have great battery life.

I wasn't sure that I would be able to replace my air pods, but these have been a great upgrade. The sound quality is so clean and crisp and I enjoy the settings available. The only negative comment would be that after a while, my ear gets a bit sore from the "squeeze".
