This avocado oil spray! And when you spray it, it doesn't come out in a round spray. It's a flat spray kind of like a paint sprayer. Sometimes I spray the pan. Sometimes I spray the food. It is awesome.

These used to be great. They no longer spray, they consistently offer nothing more than a thin, wimpy stream. Every use seems like it will empty the can.

These tablets work great but have tripled in price in the last few years. They were $80.00 now $200.00. I buy them because they work I just wish they were cheaper!!
