I usually use the regular version of this, but after trying this one, I can say that it is more gentle on the gums for sure. I love the way it smells but unfortunately that doesn't translate into taste, I don't feel any mint when I use it. If you don't care about that though and have sensitive gums, this one is for you

I prefer this type of floss over the individual picks because this floss seems to do a better job getting between my teeth for a deep clean. The floss stays together well and reaches all the hard-to-reach places in your mouth. This floss makes it easier to floss and makes me WANT to floss each day. My mouth is cleaner and my dental visits are more positive. This is my go-to and must-have for home and away. I keep one in my work locker too!

However, if I did need to choose a manual dental floss, Glide would definitely be my choice. It is high quality, comfortable and literally glides around your teeth. I didn't get too much mint flavor from the product.

I haven’t tried this before though until now, and I do like it, it’s supposed to be comfort plus and it does deliver, didn’t hurt my gums and comes out easily. I like the color of the packaging too. Smells good, like mint and tastes like mint as well.
