Floss texture changed
Why did the texture change on the floss? It used to glide and was smooth now it is sticky and feels like wax. Please tell me why the floss changed and if it can be changed back.

Since we're always looking to bring you the latest innovations, Oral-B Glide floss has a new microtextured fiber to clean and comfortably help protect teeth from cavities. There is a noticeable difference in the scrubbing texture and feel of the new floss, which helps clean and glide in tight spaces. We'll be sure to share your feedback with our team. While we don't currently have plans to change the fiber of our floss, it may be helpful to know that our Satin Tape, Satin Floss, and Essential Floss remain unchanged and don't feature this new micro-textured fiber. Breaks into small fibers, stuck between teeth
I liked the previous Oral‑B Pure White Mint dental floss, but I really dislike this Glide grey‑white floss. It quickly breaks apart into small fibers that get stuck between my teeth, which is quite bothersome.

I don’t know why they replaced the quality of this floss. You should have launched a different name floss with this piece of painful plastic knockoff floss. But not changing what people already likes to use.

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s nice and portable and the floss is pretty durable compared to others. It’s easy to use and handle. The packaging is also great and aesthetically pleasing.
Comfort plus is right
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! It slides between the teeth easier then most floss ive used. Cant taste the mint much which is nice. Its very durable and more comfortable on my fingers when holding it.
Not happy with the change
We have been using this brand for years. With recent purchase we realized the product has been changed. It feels more like plastic and no flavor. Once we are done with this product, we will be looking for a floss in another brand.

I've tried to ignore the changes in quality over time and continue to buy this floss, but I just can't. This floss used to be great and I was so thankful to be able to buy such a nice sized package of great floss at a better price. It is smooth but that's all that's left of it how it used to be. It doesn't feel like it cleans or grabs on to anything as you floss anymore. It feels basically like not using anything.

Really Oral B?!?!
I’m with everyone else on this one—JUNK—nothing good at all about this floss. Somehow Oral B needs to figure out that changing things up was not an improvement. Did nobody try this before they put it out there? I see many bad reviews and everything they say is true. Hope Oral B will bring back the old stuff—the one that actually worked.

Absolute garbage. I’ve been buying this floss for years. My teeth are tight together and this was the only floss that would easily slide between my teeth. Since they made a change to this product it breaks constantly and shreds. For the longest time I thought it was just my imagination and then I read some of the reviews. Apparently whatever they changed was definitely not an improvement. I will be searching for a different product when this crap runs out.
