They are really strong to use a small piece cleans though very throughly. They are my only favorite floss and j would not change it to any others. It defiantly is worth the money.

I need something that will get in between them without a fight but that's also gentle on my gums. Regular floss just cuts into my gums. I was pleased to try this floss because it is a tape rather than a string. And it's flavored! It is a nice minty flavor that isn't too much. The floss is sturdy and dispenses from the container easily. It moved through my teeth with no issue, and I didn't have any bleeding at all!

My gums don’t bleed when I use it. Other flosses can do that. Glide Pro-Health feels great and gets a lot of food out from between the teeth.
