They glide right between the crevices of your teeth with little to no resistance and provides deep cleaning. The material is also quite durable so it won't break during use. I highly recommend this.

The Glide Pro Health works great!!! The mint flavor was not strong in fact I really did not notice it. The minty freshness is welcome twist to its added helpfulness. I’m able to use it effectively. My children were also able to use this without an effort. It is great if you have minimal spacing between your teeth. The width and thinness allows you to get in tight spaces but also a large surface area of the tooth to remove food. It has a mild pleasant flavor and is very effective at removing plaque. I would highly recommend this floss.

I like that the case has a clear window to see how much thread is left. The case had issues though. It doesn’t stay closed and opens too easily inside a purse. Needs a better snap close. It kind of just rests closed.
