I've noticed that my dark spots or leftover spots from a healed pimple have gone away faster. The serum absorbs very quickly and I love the consistency. It mixes very well with the moisturizer and doesn't pill up when I put other face products over top of it. I appreciate that it comes in a metal tube as they're easier to roll up so I can use every drop. I will be purchasing this again, it is a great product for the price from a brand that I trust and love.

I haven't noticed any huge changes in my skin after using this for a couple weeks, but I haven't noticed any negative effects either - no breakouts, drying, etc. I did have some issues with the product balling up so putting makeup over it was kind of a pain. Overall this product was meh for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product daily for about a month, so it's hard to tell what the long term effects would be. I usually use Skinceuticals CE ferulic and this is a great alternative to what I feel is the gold standard of Vit C. I like this packaging, it is protected from light and stays fresh. I wish there was a way for it to stand upright next to my other skincare. This has 10% ascorbic acid which is the best form of Vit C. In addition to the Vit C it also contains ceramides, Vit B5 and hyaluronic acid. The formulation glides onto the skin and makes it feel smooth right away. I find that it can tend to pill with certain makeup I use though, which is frustrating and leaves me doubting if it's actually sinking into my skin or sitting on top. Overall, I think this is a great alternative if you're looking for Vit C serum and don't want to shell out the big $$ for other brands.

The packaging was a little messy with the tube but not a huge problem. I did immediately notice the smell of during alcohol the first time using it and that didn't settle too well for me. But in the end, the product did work. I'm looking forward to trying it a bit longer to see better results.

My only complaint is tge texture is a little to heavy for me to wear under makeup and I do get a little build up when I'm using it so it's part of my night time routine.

As far as results, I saw brightening affects similar to much more expensive products and quicker than other drugstore vitamin c products I tried. I've only had 2 weeks to test it, so a full verdict can't be given, but as of now, this is my new go-to affordable vitamin c serum!

The new CeraVe Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum is one step into the advanced skincare but really, it is a necessity. I have relied on sunscreen products alone in protecting my skin but I completely ignored the basic vitamin C needs of my face and pairing Vitamin C and sunscreen care completes my morning routine. Protect and nourish your skin from within. As much as you want to shield your face from the UV rays, feed it with vitamin C to get that visible brightness and additional antioxidant properties to restore and create a protective skin barrier for on the go adventures. I would definitely buy this product! I am ready to incorporate it into my morning skincare routine as I have seen positive results so far. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vitamin C serum comes in great packaging so it doesn't lose its effectiveness. It is super lightweight and did not make me break out, which is always a win. It leaves skin soft, not greasy, and goes well under makeup.

The product is basically as advertised. I haven't noticed much oxidation & very little pilling. However, the packaging is terrible. The cap leaks, no matter what I do ! I can't pack this or put it in a bag without it getting everywhere, so if you want to take it anywhere, or store it anything but upright, give this a pass.
