We want you to notice a positive difference when using Pantene, so this isn’t the experience we want you to have. In regards to the dryness you mentioned, it may help to know that we recommend using a richer conditioner, a conditioning treatment 2-3 times a week, and/or a leave in conditioner. Because dryness is usually associated with not using the correct products for your hair type and/or your hair not being conditioned enough, it may also help to use more conditioner on the ends of your hair and/or leave the conditioner on your hair for up to 5 minutes.
