We recommend leaving your conditioner on for at least 5 minutes before rinsing, and using extra conditioner on the ends of your hair, as they often lack the natural oils from the scalp. You might also want to try a conditioning treatment a couple of times a week or a leave-in conditioner. If you still find it doesn't work, it could be time to consider a richer conditioner.
