So far I am enjoying our new Vizio, but I am a little disappointed with it's consistency. It's only been 2 weeks and I've had to unplug/restart it due to no response to the remote (twice) and green flicker during playback (twice). 4 times in 2 weeks would prompt a quick return from others, but I'm going to stick with it provided no other issues arise. Lack of the ability to download Apps not included is a bit of a drawback, however I really do enjoy it's picture quality. Having a "true black" is very nice when watching tv in a dark room or with game play (PS4).

We purchased this TV a few weeks ago to replace an older Samsung. We are very happy with the quality of the TV. Vizio is definitely stepping up their game. However, a large issue we had is the power cable is not made correctly for the TV. We kind of have to wiggle it in, but it needs to be L-shaped. We were also extremely worried having to lay it down when installing the base. It is very thin and sleek, but it is deceptively heavy. Two of us were able to set it up and did not have any damage. They have stickers on where to not hold and to hold that do help. A small issue with the TV is that it goes dark after a very short period of time, we figure we can adjust this, however, it is annoying that the Chromecast cannot turn on the TV. The show may start playing, but you have to find the remote to turn the TV on if it was off. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and think the technology in the TV is better than what a lot of the content you watch is recorded in. We expect to have many years out of the TV and think the shows will catch up to its technology.

Great tv. A little buggy though, Sound would not work without unplugging power and plugging in back in, and smart cast has frozen a few times. However a recent update has fixed the sound issues. The picture is amazing, movies sports and gaming all are what you would expect from an OLED. SMART CAST is missing Sling Tv, so I still need to use my Roku, but that's a mild complaint when the set comes with 4 hdmi connections. Sound quality is surprisingly good considering how thin the screen is. Overall really pleased with the purchase.

For those having trouble gaming in 120hz, you have to change the settings to 2.1 on your hdmi 2. I almost didn't buy because the reviews on gaming saying it wouldn't do 120hz at 4k but it absolutely will and the Xbox verified that. Just change your settings to 2.1. The best picture quality on any TV I've ever owned. Truly amazing!

I bought this TV about 2 weeks ago. It has a nice picture and i also bought a sound bar which I love. I has Dish and had to have them come out to switch my boxes over to 4K. I was a little nervous with the picture quality but once I switched over I loved it. Glad I bought this TV over tbe Sony which would hzve cost me anout 500 more. All and all I am very happy with it.

Where to start... do not buy this tv for a next gen console. You have to manually change the input setting from HDMI AUTO to HDMI 2.1 for the Xbox to recognize the 4K @ 120hz. If that wasn't annoying enough the specs said ALLM, HDR, and VRR. When you go to the TV info screen says no to HDR and VRR. Then proceeded to give the TV another chance by using the apps it offers. What a joke! The screen went green and kept flashing the picture. I tried five to six apps. All the same outcome. Finally on day three of owning it... it quit showing the picture for the Xbox. To confirm it wasn't the Xbox Series X I switched back to my Samsung Q70R TV which has a better picture and does everything, but 4K @ 120hz abs is still to this day running fine. Needless to say I shouldn't have bought a VIZIO in the first place like my gut told me. I wasted my gas and time on this TV.

Just bought the Vizio OLED about a week ago and already thoroughly impressed. Seeing as I'm transitioning from a TV about a 4th of the size, the scale of the screen is incredible. Even more amazing, however is the clarity of the image and the brilliance of the colors it displays. Watching nature documentaries will never be the same. The only hiccup was that in set up the power cord is round on each end, but the slot it plugs into on the TV and the picture at the site is square on one side and round on the other. Seems like kind of an oversight for such a high tech piece of electronics. Otherwise, all good so far!

I bought this TV a month ago, I got it at a really good price. The picture quality is second to none as I was originally going to purchase a LG OLED. When I compared the picture quality there was no difference if there was I would give the Vizio the advantage. However it does not support all the Hsmi 2.1 features it of the box. It say there will be an update to support 4K 120HZ. There are still some issues with VRR, but these issues are being addressed from the website saying an update is coming soon. I just wish the update was here so my Xbox Series X can take advantage of these features. Other than that, this is an excellent TV. I plan on purchasing the Elevate sound bar as well, but only if this Hdmi 2.1 issue is fixed. Pros: Great picture quality, Easy setup Cons: No 4k 120Hz for gaming consoles, missing popular apps like Sling Tv, Sound is uninspiring.

Only real complaint is limited apps for Vizio but I knew that going into it. You get what you pay for, for me that's a great tv that meets or exceeds my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this OLED tv! The picture is absolutely amazing. Just make sure to turn off all motion stuff (things will change based on hdr/Dolby vision/etc so make sure everything is the same). The colors pop and the deep blacks are incredible. Coming from a plasma I was worried about brightness but this is even better and brighter. This is amazing quality and performance at a bargain price. The only thing was I was scared mounting it on my tv stand since it's so thin!
