Iffy start

This television looks incredible when everything is working correctly. However, theres a few bugs I've come across. When I was using netflix once the main screen kept flashing in and out. I had to shut it off to make it stop. Secondly, I can't use my pc with freesync enabled 4k 120hz even though Vizio says it can handle it using the hdmi 2.1 port. I see through the forums I'm not the only person who has come across this problem. If it is not resolved before January I will be returning this television.

Very Impressed with this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Vizio TV. My original 55" Vizio's picture went out on me a week ago, so it was time to upgrade and I chose the OLED for a better picture as well as a larger screen. I love it so far. It's been almost a week and I am still discovering new features every day.

Gorgeous screen with a few quirks

This screen is a beauty. Very sharp, good colors and decent brightness. I hook it up to my PC for gaming and occasionally have some quirks. In the middle of a game it says no signal detected and shuts off. Sometimes it isn't detected by the PC. A few quirks with the PS5 too. Sometimes when I power on the TV it also turns on the PS5. Sometimes when I power on the PS5 the TV turns on too. Neither seems to be consistent. Needs and HBO Max app. Also needs to be able to disable inputs from the list like in previous Vizio models. All minor issues and possibly handled via software or firmware updates. The hardware is solid though.

Good, but could be great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality and overall aesthetics of the TV are great. The interface for all of your apps is pretty nice as well. The downside is the software. Connecting to Alexa and Apple AirPlay are hit and miss. Sometimes when we disconnect our iPad, the screen just goes blank and it won't turn off or on and needs to be unplugged. Alexa will turn off the TV, but not on. We bought the Elevate sound bar to go with it, and connectivity between the two has been problematic for the 2 years we've owned them. There was a fairly recent software update that has made thing a little better, but for the money we spent for both devices, it should work seamlessly.

Great picture challenging software

The picture is great but the software lacks. Sometimes tv won't come directly on, an input won't change and there's challenges connecting to max game settings on XBOX series X. The last January update made some small improvements but more consistent and better updates are needed.

Major improvement over LCD

Bought about a week ago. Colors and blacks are way more impressive than LCD. Had a really bad issue with the "soap opera effect" especially on satellite. But after about 4 days of adjusting the settings, I got about 95% of it cleared up. Seems the issue comes and goes now depending on how the programming was recorded.

Excellent picture and easy menu.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 55” H1 6 months ago. It has the best picture for the price compared to the other brands out there. After 2 firmware updates, it just keeps getting easier to pair devices, turn on closed captioning or play games.

Amazing upgrade, always with Vizio!

Coming from them-series 2017, the whole right side panel of led went out. It was time for and upgrade I was tossing between the oled and the pqx. I was able to get a killer deal for either and the firmware update made me gravitate to the oled. Long story short, this tv is amazing for a movie watcher that will utilize the hdr to it advantage, being able to have all the hdr formats this tv looks amazing in Dolby vision, hdr10 etc. Vrr still seems to be an issue and any word on the oled series getting freesync premium is my only hope. I hope this gets resolved because I love this tv a lot and would hate to have to return it because the firmware wasn't up to date for my new console or a computer.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this purchase. Great quality with resolution and fun with my ps. The compartments for the wires to hide them.....amazing. They thought of everything. Also love the stand. Always have a Vizio in my house. Thanks

No Slouch

Compared to the LG CX and Sony A8H the picture quality is way better than Sony's OLED. THOSE Reviews online are biased and not accurate IMO. Not a fan of smartcast yet over android TV. TV Has some firmware glitches. Sound from TV speakers is OK not as nice as the Sony's; however this is a one Heck of An OLED with no black Crush....
