My original 55" Vizio's picture went out on me a week ago, so it was time to upgrade and I chose the OLED for a better picture as well as a larger screen. I love it so far. It's been almost a week and I am still discovering new features every day.

At first when setting up the tv and hooking up my PS5, things were not looking 4k at all. At first, the HDMI slots were giving a grainy picture that did nothing on screen so I had to unplug the TV and start again. Even at times switching between sources would put the TV in a hiccup and would not respond to any commands...unplug and start again. Audio was a problem too as when turning on the tv the audio for my cable source wouldn't even be acknowledged. Had to switch to PS5 then back a couple of times before it would work. If not....unplug and start again. it became annoying having to unplug the tv if I had a problem, which made me rethink my purchase. But I have a friend who also bought the same model and advised me to keep my eyes open on Reddit.com for any work arounds. Sure enough, some other users had to workarounds for the tv and BOOM! This thing is looking gorgeous, PS5 runs smoothly, the audio has no problems. I'm still hopefully for an update from VIZIO sooner rather than later for more fixes, but for now, I'm happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is great, the picture quality is amazing , the design looks great. I use the tv with my VIZIO 1.5 sound bar and it integrates very easily. It's been almost 3 years and we are still using the TV. There are some dead pixels appearing on tv but they are It noticeable from far, I can see them if I am very close to tv. After the latest update of smart cast, the tv hangs after it enters in screen saver mode. The only way to get it working again is to unplug and plug the power again.

I purchased this OLED on a early black deal and had to jump on it. Now I'm a believer of do your own homework on any purchase you make, glad I made this decision. Every that comes over says wow I can't believe how beautiful the picture looks. Now playing my Xbox series X on it it's the smoothest lag free jitter free television I've ever had. I don't worry about burn the tv has safety features to prevent so I'm becoming a Vizio fan no complaints at all so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture with HDR signals. I replaced a Samsung 65" QLED . What a difference !! Almost no picture lag ! I would like to have a browser on the home screen . I think the home screen is slow to respond/ open . But , all in all I love it !!

I bought the tv about a month ago and have never had as many problems with a tv in my life. Vizio has a reputable name so of course I wanted to give the oled a try. Day one when I got the tv home it wouldn't power up. So after plugging the tv up and unplugging it a few times I got it to power up. The oled does have a beautiful picture but now every morning when I want to turn on the tv it won't power up again. I have to unplug the tv for 30 minutes EVERY morning for it to come on now. While I'm watching tv the sound just goes away at times and I have to reboot the tv sometimes 3 times before the sound comes back on. At times the hdmi won't recognize it has the cable or game system connected so I have to turn it off and on again when that happens. This is just unacceptable from vizio. I hear there will be firmware updates but how long will that take? I don't know what to do should I return the tv and try another vizio oled or just stay clear of vizio because this is the beat quality they can produce right now

For the picture this has been great for the price. The reason I give it 3 stars though is because I am very critical of when the operating system is not “snappy”. For a modern TV, losing of apps and maneuvering through the UI should be quick. While this is better than my old Samsung TV OS, I still expected it to be quicker. I also hate h to r banner style at the top. My first choice should be to pick an App rather than some curated selection when so turn on the TV. I haven't been able to find a feature to turn it off.

I was a bit nervous buying this set being that Vizo just started making OLED's. I can tell you know after I have it in my house. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! I can not believe the qualitly of the picture. I have this set in my main room and we have a gaming 4k TV on the same wall. Side by side this display makes the other 4k look cheap (btw... the other set is a high end display made for gaming). I am so glad I gave it a chance!

I've had this new TV setup for about three weeks now and absolutely love it! The quality of the picture is just so stunning. My only issue is the Smartcast UI being a bit laggy and missing some apps like HBO Max, ESPN+, and even Google TV, which is funny considering their relationship with Google Chromecast. There's also been two instances where I turned on my TV and the screen remained blank despite the power light being on. It only happened twice, but definitely a SMH moment.

I bought this OLED 65" TV about 3 weeks ago. So far I enjoyed it thoroughly. I love the absolute black screen when it goes dark, it also makes other colors very vibrant. Sound is phenomenal just like in Cinema halls. It is sleek, smart and beautiful to look at. Great choice.
