Nature Made® - Wellblends™ Sleep & Recover™ Gummies in Dreamy Berry are a berry flavored gummy that is 100% drug free. There are 3 main ingredients to help support a restful night of sleep: Melatonin which helps you fall asleep naturally, L-Theanine which helps your mind relax and unwind and Magnesium which helps relax your body. It is non habit forming and totally safe to use. I found that it did help promote faster sleep. However I have not experienced a refreshed or renewed feeling in the morning. I think it does work as far as helping promote natural sleep aid. I would recommend it for a safe, drug free alternative to most OTC brands of sleep aids.

I take 2 every nite an hour before which is what is says to do and I still find myself awake in bed until 2-3 am in the morning. will continue taking til they are all gone hopefully just need to get them into my system to actually notice anything

When they arrived they were in liquid form and weren't gummies at all. Wouldn't recommend ordering them. They might work out if you picked them up in the store.

I chew 2 of them in late evening and I'm able to fall asleep and stay asleep within 30-45 min. I was concerned about the flavor being not to my taste but was pleasantly surprised. Gummies are not sticky or dry and easy to chew. I like that it has no artificial flavors or sweeteners, is gluten free and I can safely use them every night. My flavor was Dreamy Berry. Don't hesitate to try these. You will also be pleased on how well they work.
