I've been getting back into working out lately and the recover aspect of these gummies has been great. I'll take two before bed and I'm out like a light before I even know it. The serving is 3 but I don't like to over do it. The texture of these gummies is weird to me. They are pretty tough and don't break apart very easy. I think that would be the only downside to these gummies. The flavor is a strong berry flavor but it tastes good enough. I'll continue using these because I like getting a full sound nights sleep. Great for every night use.

I still seem to wake up around 4 or 5 AM, and it does not matter what time I go to bed. With these being gummy I wish you only needed 1 instead of two. the taste is also not as bad as I would have expected they are pretty good. I feel that the bottle should have 60 in it instead so if you take 2 everyday the bottle would last 1 month. Overall they are good alternative to the regular melatonin.

Strangely, I get a very big burst of energy that lasts a bit. These did not make me sleepy. I have been staying asleep pretty well since taking them. Body has been a bit less restless too. I do wish these helped me get sleepy and fall asleep a bit quicker. They definitely have the opposite effect on me.
