I'm not sure which or if it's the combination of them, but it is the best I've tried for helping me to fall asleep, which I often do have issues with. However, it does not help me stay asleep through the night, or even more than a few hours. But another good thing about it, is the form of it beinga gummy, so it's enjoyableand the taste is quite pleasing. I have continued purchasing this because it works so well at inducing sleep for me. If you like grape flavored stuff, you'll like these. They help me fall asleep easily. I don't wake up groggy at all.
