I've been getting back into working out lately and the recover aspect of these gummies has been great. I'll take two before bed and I'm out like a light before I even know it. The serving is 3 but I don't like to over do it. The texture of these gummies is weird to me. They are pretty tough and don't break apart very easy. I think that would be the only downside to these gummies. The flavor is a strong berry flavor but it tastes good enough. I'll continue using these because I like getting a full sound nights sleep. Great for every night use.

I really like these sleep and recover gummies a lot. Easy to open the bottle, nice texture, nice flavor, no weird aftertaste. Not too hard but not so soft that they stick to your teeth right before bed. The 3 in 1 blend is great, I especially like the magnesium. Highly recommend!

I don't have sleep apnea so the doctor couldn't do much but I tried these gummies and I can tell they make a positive difference. I tend to fall asleep and stay asleep and the flavor of the gummies is good.

I started taking these and I noticed that I was starting to doze off to sleep faster than I normally do and I stayed asleep much longer than the four hours of sleep I normally get daily. I did not feel sluggish when I woke up in the morning. The only thing I didn't like is the taste, wasn't something I cared for but didn't have a problem eating them.

They contain a lower amount of melatonin, 3mg, but it also has 100mg magnesium (citrate) & 200mg L-Theanine to help with relaxing your body for sleep. They taste good and directions say take 2, so would last 22 days.

However, I find myself staring at the ceiling wide awake and totally exhausted at the same time. My brain is going through the to-do lists of today and tomorrow. I don't like to take anything that leaves me feeling out of it of puts me into a deep sleep where I'm not aware of what's going on. This stuff helps me relax enough to get to sleep but doesn't make me feel like I'm on anything while I'm sleeping or in the morning. Nothing worse than weird dreams or all day fog. This is subtle but effective. My go to!
