I would say if I could suggest one thing it would be make a more natural shape. The sides are pretty straight and if it were more hourglass it would stay put better.

It is long and makes me feel safe to use at night time when my period is very heavy. The absorbency is amazing with this pad. However, as I’ve aged sometimes I feel like my bladder is going to leak before I get to the bathroom. I decided to try these heavy long pads. I found that even though they’re long, that I can still wear pants with them. My pants fit just the same. I used them on a trip I took recently because I was not sure how often I would have access to a bathroom. It was extra protection for me and eased my concern. Good product!

I've used these pads for both incontinence and during my period, they work really well for both! They fit nicely in my underwear, are super soft and discreet! I forget I'm wearing them a lot of times. They do a good job keeping the moisture in the pad and keeping my dry. I keep these on hand everywhere, especially at home, purse and in my car. I highly recommend these pads!

They stay in place all day with no bunching or getting squished. They are long enough to stay completely covered and are very discreet under all types of my clothing. Definitely recommend.
