[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads have givs me peace of mind about leakage. They have the best hold on heavy leaks and have kept me feeling clean. I haven"t had to worry about embarrassing wet spots on my clothing. They control oder if you have leakage.

As someone with Adenomyosis "when" it arrives which could be "monthly, weekly, who knows?" you learn quickly that it can be light to you better double up on protection and don't go far from home. On those days and nights where I needed to double up, this was my secondary protection. They're thin, comfortable and absorbent and while they're made for bladder leakage, I don't have that problem so I can't comment either way. These are long as well so great for nights or days where you maybe doing a lot of moving or bending.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great! They aren't bulky and uncomfortable as some I've used in the past. I can't do bulky or uncomfortable and these are neither. The length, I would say is more for overnight protection verses during the day. However, can be used any time. These are also great for postpartum, bladder leaks and even a heavier monthly flow. I've personally used them on my heavier cycle nights and even suffer from a weakened bladder from having my three children. They've worked excellent for me. The stickiness of the adhesive is pretty good although I think could be a little better considering the length of the pad. However, nothing I can't handle. Overall, I'm impressed & think many women can benefit from them.

The ones that have wings, I can feel and it isn't comfortable. I am so glad these are here. When it says it protects the heavy flow, they are not lying! Super great pad!

I tried this product several times...but this is the last time. I'm not sure if something changed with them but they sucked. They were not quick to absorb liquid...which let to a couple potentially embarrassing moments and a lot of inconvenient moments. Not worth the risk. I want security. Terrible product.

This heavy long pad is non scented and it has a cute outer packaging making it a bit more discreet to the eye. The pads are not bulky even though they are long and for heavy uses. There easy to carry in your pocket or in your bag and easy and discreet enough to dispose. They do give you that protection you want, especially if you tend to have accidents. I highly recommend Always Discreet Heavy Longs Pads!

They stay securely in place and give full coverage protection from front to back. It’s not bulky and uncomfortable for her. I like that it’s small enough to put in a women’s jean pocket to carry to the restroom when you don’t have your purse. Even though it’s small, it’s thicker and longer than other discreet pads out there, and it works very well.
