I have used these pads for years. Same size 5 long. I recently bought a package in the dark purple with New and Improved stamped on it. I felt they were not quite as long as they used to be. I then bought another package in the original version and packaging. I compared the two versions and they were in fact smaller. I just bought another package of the New and Improved ones hoping the first had been a fluke.... No such luck. Why did they have to go and fix something that wasn't broken. I am going to be shopping other brands at this point. Unhappy longtime customer.

When I wear these pads my skin doesn’t feel the moisture at all . I like how well these pads stay in place on my panties. Overall I am pretty impressed by these pads.

I just returned from a short trip using the Always Discreet Maximum Long. Being obese and flying on a plane for multiple hours can be very difficult & humiliating. I never had any leakage and the fit for me was exceptionally comfortable all flight long. I had never used an "incontinence" pad for leakage but I trusted that Always would do the trick & I was right to trust the brand. My trip was wonderful and flights both ways were "uneventful"!
