[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend towards a heavy flow, and usually need overnight pads for the first 3 days of my cycle. Sick of walking around feeling like I'm wearing a diaper, I gave thinner pads a shot but always wound up soaking through them. Always discreet is a GAME CHANGER, it's absorbent enough to hold my flow, but also thin enough where I feel like I'm wearing a good pantiliner and not a huge pad. This is now my go-to maxi pad.

The Always Discreet long pads are perfect size & comfortable. However, was only able to use 1 for a very short time. They have a horrible disgusting odor that no one would want to smell like. My entire cabinet where they were stored smelled like them. Had to throw them out. Why that perfectly good product was ruined by adding that terrible scent is hard to understand!!!

I rated a 4 stars for fit and comfort because they are obviously bulky and don't always stay exactly in place but overall, the Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads is a good product and works well.

For the level of heavy leaks, I consider this product thin and very effective. The long length is great for added protection. I would highly recommend someone that needs added protection but not a lot of bulk.
