These pads are much thinner and more comfortable than the other top brands I've been using. And they absorb liquid better than the competing brands and don't feel like a soaking wet sponge. Always don't allow leaks over the sides and the long length provides more coverage and material to absorb keeping underwear and clothing dry.

I am a regular user of Always Brand and have loved the effectiveness and fit of all of their products, But i was extremely disapointed when i tried this particular product. Being i have been dealing with slight to moderage bladder leakage for a few years after birthing 2 children I was very excited to see this Product come out, so i immediatly purchased the moderate long pads. But to my dissapointment they did not stay put and actually leeked all the way through to my pants which caused a bit of embarassment. The material is a bit irritating as well. I guess i will be going back to using the long panty liners since they worked much better than these and never let a leak through!

I personally use anywhere between six and eight pads daily for my heavy flow. This pad stays in place in my underwear, and I do not have to worry about leakage or damaging my underwear. Not bulky thin enough for my teenage daughter to use. I will certainly continue to use this product. Very comfortable to wear.
