Sick of walking around feeling like I'm wearing a diaper, I gave thinner pads a shot but always wound up soaking through them. Always discreet is a GAME CHANGER, it's absorbent enough to hold my flow, but also thin enough where I feel like I'm wearing a good pantiliner and not a huge pad. This is now my go-to maxi pad.

I did find that even though the pads remained stuck on the underwear throughout the day they tended to bunch up. This made it uncomfortable since I was unsure if I would stain or have an "accident" at work because of it shifting.

As a women with overnight incontinence issues, they are a great way to ensure a good night's sleep! They are individually wrapped, so taking on travel trips is easy, not to mention being able to carry them in a purse if you need daytime protection. They are VERY absorbant, have no scent that I detected, and were long enough to provide great absorption without fear of leaks. They are fairly comfortable in your panties, but are a bit bulky. It didn't matter to me because I use them overnight. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because wings(sticky tabs) would have been a great addition to keep them from moving and feeling even more secure. With that being said, the adhesive was very good and I encountered no real issues, I just like having the wings to give me a sense of even more security. They are a good value as well, in the market.

Pad is consistently thick enough to hold all the liquid even when used as a temporary overnight pad. Odors are non-existent and I felt my skin was not sitting in liquid the entire time I had the pad on. Felt very confident in wearing for long periods of time.

They stay securely in place and give full coverage protection from front to back. It’s not bulky and uncomfortable for her. And it makes her feel comfortable for when she wakes up and stands up, knowing she won’t have a mess.
