Not only are they comfortable but I don't have to worry about any leakage. I have heavy periods so these are perfect since I feel confident in these that there isn't any leakage. For me, these heavy, long pads are perfect. I tend to be heavy and always has these that are long, holds, stays put, and gives me night time security that all will be well when I wake.
