I haven"t had to worry about embarrassing wet spots on my clothing. They are even great to wear at night. Always will be the only brand that holds up to it"s standards.

I had a brand i liked before but they changed their pads so I was searching for a new favorite. I tried Always discreet, and I loved it. I like how they are barely there but still soak up a lot. I really wanted a product that was fragrance free and Always has options for fragrance but I liked these.

I personally only use these at night during the heavier times. They provide great leak protection and are decently comfortable considering the thickness of them. They are great priced in the store. Would purchase in the near future.

Even on some of the longest days, when I've coughed or sneezed one to many times I know always has me covered. What could be even better you cant even tell they are there, so no one is seeing any big diaper looking wad in your pants. Thank goodness!!

I am so pleased with the Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads for their shape's design and pleasant fragrance. The pad wrappers are pretty looking too and I like the fact that I can use those wrappers to dispose of my used pads. The pads have an attractive pattern on them too, they're comfortable, non-irritating and the long length is just right for my body. Always Discreet pads never leak from the sides which a big plus.
