For me, these heavy, long pads are perfect. I tend to be heavy and always has these that are long, holds, stays put, and gives me night time security that all will be well when I wake.

I usually wear the heavy/long ones and sometimes I feel like they are a little too bulky for my outfits when I wear tighter clothing. I was curious how discreet these would really look and i definitely noticed less "bulk" especially on the backside when wearing them. I definitely plan on replacing the other ones with these for heavier flow days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i never thought i would need these but now that i do, i'm glad i have these as an option. these are not thick and bulky like you would think pads for incontinence leaks would be. these are significantly thinners than others. its great for those sneezes or those times when things just sneak up on your or when you think you have enough time and you really do not. they are long enough to hold some decent flow. as much as i may not want these i need these.

They’re slim and don’t feel like you’re wearing a pad or anything. Could be concurrently used during your menstrual cycle.
