[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These discreet pads are perfect for daytime wear. They are approximately 13” in length and approximately 3.5” in width. They absorb very well. I slowly (but consistently) poured water onto the pad and it soaked up approximately one third of a cup without dripping. Which is a good amount considering they are a discreetly thin pad for daytime wear, not bulky. Excellent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always discreet heavy long pads are very absorbent. I like the length. I also like that they are not to thick they don’t feel like I am wearing a diaper. I haven’t had any spills and they feel comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using the Always brand for incontinence protection.As someone who suffers from frequent bladder leaks, I was hesitant to try yet another pad that would not provide the protection I needed. But these pads exceeded my expectations! Overall good protection from the "I need a little extra something incase I sneeze at an event where I can't get to the bathroom often" to "light incontinence throughout the day". Overall the quality was great and wearing this throughout the day(got lucky and didn't sneeze) found the pad didn't pull part and held up well

I don't know a word to describe how it feels. But the length feels perfectly fine. (I'm normally a 5 in the maxi pads as well, and 2x underwear)

I have been using the Discreet 5 for quite some time now for bladder leakage, and have been very happy with them. But recently I purchased a package of Discreet 5’s and they must have been a newer design. Could tell the difference immediately. First of all the sticky tab was purple, pad felt thicker, and was wider and very comfortable. Purchased another package at another store and they were the usual Discreet #5. Am wondering if you are experimenting with making them different? If so, I really vote for the thicker, wider one with the purple sticky tab. There definitely is a difference. I have purchased the Discreet 6 but feel they are just too long for me and I am not as happy with them as I am the 5’s. But...the 5’s are too becoming much harder to find in stores.
