These discreet heavy long pads are my favorite by far. They work great haven't had any accidents thank goodness. I highly recommend these, you don't regret it.

I've been using 'heavy long' for quite a while. I started to leak over the side and noticed they were narrower. I checked to see if I had bought the wrong ones, but no. They are also 1" shorter which I don't like as I occasionally have fecal incontinence. NOT HAPPY. May have to look for another brand.

While I’ve never needed the big guns, I like to have a little extra protection when going for longer runs outside. I’ve never had a leak and know I’m safe with Always Discreet.

Well I got my samples and this was the best pad so far. I haven't tried the ultimate. I knew I wouldn't have quick access to the restroom so I tried maxi long. I was amazed how much this pad can hold, and how fast it absorbs. I had it on for 4 hours used it 3 times. It didn't feel wet or had any smell. Great pad!

I find myself very comfortable with them and they do not create any rashes. They are discrete and are easy to carry anywhere. These pads are always affordable and easy to find in any store.
