[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really great for days/nights when you need a lot of absorbency but are not quite ready to use a full panty. they stick securely to your underwear and the design pulls any leakage away from the edges to prevent leakage. the long length also prevents leaks as it catches leakage no matter it leaks and keeps it away from the edges. super comfortable, not bulky so they fit well and are not obvious under clothes at all, these are a great option

I have bought these exact Always Discreet Heavy Long 5 drops pads regularly for well over a year and have loved them...until this last purchase. Regardless of company comments, something has changed. The very slight scent which has always been a part of this product has recently multiplied a thousand times and is now evident, even to someone riding in a car with me, with the windows down!!!! This is totally unacceptable. I see company comments about the fragrance fading once the package is open. I went so far as to open one of the pads fully and attaching it to the front of a fan on high speed for 24 hours to see if that would get rid of the odor, but that didn't reduce the strong "fragrance" in the slightest. I see these "fragrance" comments are all very recent. This should be a clue to the company that something changed or went wrong with a large batch. I can't even continue trying to use this BRAND NEW package. The "fragrance" gives me a headache and I will not wear something that other people can also detect!!!! I still have my receipt and almost a full box of this terrible product and request a full refund of my purchase price. I now have to try to find an alternative that I liked as much as this product was previously.

I finally got to try the Always Discreet line and I am quite happy with my results, since the product is easy to use, comfortable enough considering the absorbency power of these pads, some others that I've tried were extremely bulky and not discreet at all, and so uncomfortable, the only thing is that I do appreciate wings for the assurance that it will stay in it's place, although I didn't experience any problems, Perhaps it's also a mental thing that you feel more confident if you know the wings are there for extra security, so far so good, it absorbs and surface remains dry, and it feels dry so this is winner in my book!

When l wear these pads l don’t get scared of having an accident. I know there’s a possibility of having an accident while wearing these pads but so far, so good. I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Always Discreet Longs for many years. It was the perfect product ,until someone recently decided to add a scent to them. The scent is so strong, it had every item in my shopping bag smelling like the liners. Our lady parts are sensitive, we don't want or need an added scent. Especially not that one. I am highly disappointed. I will be switching to something else
