She said they do work for bladder leakage and they fit good in the underwear and don't move they have amazingly absorbent and I believe that these pads would be great to use for your monthly cycle oh and you are left with a dry feeling

The sides of the pad protect from leaking out so you don’t even need the wings. They stay put and are very comfortable to use. They would be great for postpartum also.

I have been buying the always discreet 5 for the last few years and was very happy with the product. On my last purchase I noticed the packaging had changed and says "new and improved." When I got home and opened the box I noticed the pads were smaller. The length had changed only slightly (shorter) but the width of the pad was significantly slimmer. I was concerned with this right away. I am a large woman and I need my products to provide full coverage. When I put the pad in my underwear it was very noticeable, the lack of coverage I was used to. Things went downhill from there. After one slight leak and a trip to the bathroom, it was now clear that the absorbency is not the same either. I leaked onto my underwear and the so called dry core didn't feel dry at all. I usually only have to change my pad 2 maybe 3 times a day. Since the new and improved packaging I've changed as much as 5 times in a day. I'm still getting leaks in my underwear, possibly due to the lack of absorbency but also the slimmer pad style that doesn't provide enough coverage. I always by the box of 64, so I'll just have to finish what I have. No one can afford to waste money. I will not buy this product again.

They are not noticable at all underneath clothing so it gives me peace of mind. They absorb everything quickly and pulls it away from the skin. Overall, I'm super happy with them. Definitely recommend.
