[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Always pads for years.When I got the Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads,I decided to use them on a day when I had a three hour drive both ways to a doctors visit.There were no accidents,no uncomfortable wetness the lock and hold was amazing and not once did I have to go and check to make everything was okay.Always is still as a great today as when I first started using their products years ago.

I like that it’s small enough to put in a women’s jean pocket to carry to the restroom when you don’t have your purse. Even though it’s small, it’s thicker and longer than other discreet pads out there, and it works very well.

Always is a great trusted brand and I’m sure they are a fine product but no one in my household need pads for bladder control at this time.

These pads mitigate that issue and keep you feeling and smelling fresh!! I prefer pads with wings but otherwise, these are great!
