I did find that even though the pads remained stuck on the underwear throughout the day they tended to bunch up. This made it uncomfortable since I was unsure if I would stain or have an "accident" at work because of it shifting.

The long pad provides the protection needed for overflow when trying to sleep through the night. The only part missing is no wings to help keep it fully in place.

I’ve used these for my urinary lack of retention due to my paralysis. They work well enough for me to avoid accidental problems.
