They reach from the back of my underwear to the front. Have not experienced any embarrassing leakage, because the pad covers the entire length and width of my panties. The shield ensures that I am dry, even if have a accident. Very discreet, does not display the signs that you are wearing a pad, even in your tightest fitted clothing. Love these pads!

I received a sample of Always Discreet to try. I love the feel of the pad, which is very soft. They fit tight to the panties. But they still leak. I wish I could say they prevent leaks. If a pad company would start producing pads with wings again, there would be lots of happy people.

I will say that they are super absorbent but because of the length I had a very hard time getting them to stay in place. I would buy the brand again but definitely not the same size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These do provide good coverage and absorption. But with absorption being do high, the result is a sagging pair of chonies resembling a full diaper. This is a deal breaker and unfortunately leaves me with saggy drawers or adult diapers.

These ones are longer and absorb more fluid but are not visible while wearing. They are as comfortable as a pad this size can be.

I like the long length of them at night, so that they do not leak in your bed. They are great for traveling and there is no odor that can be smelled when wearing them. They are a good product.

I did have a big problem with these; they have an extremely strong floral scent. It’s not just when I was directly exposed to it. My entire family could smell it when I walked by. My pants smelled like it. The couch smelled like it where I was sitting. I am extremely sensitive to scents, and I just can’t bring myself to use them anymore. While these Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads might look discreet, the scent is not. If you do not mind scents, this would be a great product for you. If you cannot be around them, I suggest skipping this product.
