[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using the Always brand for incontinence protection.As someone who suffers from frequent bladder leaks, I was hesitant to try yet another pad that would not provide the protection I needed. But these pads exceeded my expectations! Overall good protection from the "I need a little extra something incase I sneeze at an event where I can't get to the bathroom often" to "light incontinence throughout the day". Overall the quality was great and wearing this throughout the day(got lucky and didn't sneeze) found the pad didn't pull part and held up well

I tried this product several times...but this is the last time. I'm not sure if something changed with them but they sucked. They were not quick to absorb liquid...which let to a couple potentially embarrassing moments and a lot of inconvenient moments. Not worth the risk. I want security. Terrible product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bladder pads are really great for bedtime due to where they are long in fit. They hold plenty of fluid to make sure you stay dry and keep the odor away. The only reason why I scored this a 3 instead of a 5 is because of the length I do believe that they are too long and you can see them in your clothing so I do only wear these only at night for bladder protection and use the shorter ones during the day.

These always discreet pads make me for confidence and comfort, knowing I won’t have any leaks! They work great they’re absorb and and comfortable. They fit my body style with no issues and I’m plus size. Overall a really great products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads are excellent. They absorb very well and don’t bunch up like other pads I tried before. They are not bulky and noticeable under clothing which makes me feel confident. They are thin but really absorb a lot of moisture. No accidents anymore and feeling embarrassed. The pads feel very soft and comfortable and don’t irritate my skin. The pads move with me and feel comfortable while wearing them. Even while exercising they feel great and don’t bunch up, move, or roll up. It’s a great feeling to know that you are protected with these pads, and nothing will show. I even wear them at night because they are long enough and protect me all night long.

What has happened to this product? It smells terrible. Frangrance should not be in a product that we use in our private area. Please remove the scent! They are so heavily scented the smell can be detected even with clothes on. Unacceptable! Nothing "discreet" about this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i never thought i would need these but now that i do, i'm glad i have these as an option. these are not thick and bulky like you would think pads for incontinence leaks would be. these are significantly thinners than others. its great for those sneezes or those times when things just sneak up on your or when you think you have enough time and you really do not. they are long enough to hold some decent flow. as much as i may not want these i need these.
