[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a awesome brand. I never had a leakage problem at all. Fit perfectly. Very comfortable. And they are odor control. Won't have a issue wearing these and you feel like you have massive pads on at once.

I just returned from a short trip using the Always Discreet Maximum Long. Being obese and flying on a plane for multiple hours can be very difficult & humiliating. I never had any leakage and the fit for me was exceptionally comfortable all flight long. I had never used an "incontinence" pad for leakage but I trusted that Always would do the trick & I was right to trust the brand. My trip was wonderful and flights both ways were "uneventful"! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed something for slight leakage after prostate cancer surgery. Men's guards are too bulky and the shields were too thin and small. These Always Discreet Heavy Long pad work pretty good for my needs. They are a bit too long, so I have to cut them down, but it's nice to be able to wear regular underwear during the day with these pads.

Wearing these make you feel so much at ease knowing you're fully protected from leaks. I like the different sizes you can get. They aren't bulky like some pads. I like the long ones for overnight protection. Definitely affordable and worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are nice and long which is what my teenage daughters prefer. The peace of mind they get is worth the fact that they maybe slightly less comfortable than smaller thinner options. absorbent and mostly comfortable..

These pads are so thin that they feel no different from period pads when freshly worn. Great for both drizzles and sudden urges, it solves my mixed (urge + stress) incontinence issue. The leakguards do a great job of keeping the wetness locked up throughout the absorbance area instead of leaving some parts dry and other parts overflowing. It does bulk up a little when wet but that's unavoidable. It feels also less absorbent than some of the "medical" brands out there but those are far more bulky.

I gave them to her to try out because it is not the same brand she uses. She said she would absolutely buy these instead of the brand she has been using.

As someone with Adenomyosis "when" it arrives which could be "monthly, weekly, who knows?" you learn quickly that it can be light to you better double up on protection and don't go far from home. On those days and nights where I needed to double up, this was my secondary protection. They're thin, comfortable and absorbent and while they're made for bladder leakage, I don't have that problem so I can't comment either way. These are long as well so great for nights or days where you maybe doing a lot of moving or bending.
