That being said, I am always looking for pads and underwear that help me make it through the day and night....including at work. After trying Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads I will definitely add them to my list of 'go to' products. They are absorbent, comfortable, easy to apply (enough adhesive, thank you), and even nice looking...a plus. They make me feel confident going about my day and night ...and that's what it's all about.

This brand keeps me dry during the day and exspecially at night when I need to stay dry. When I woke up the next morning I didn't have to change the pad right away and that is something I am most happy about.

Well I got my samples and this was the best pad so far. I haven't tried the ultimate. I knew I wouldn't have quick access to the restroom so I tried maxi long. I was amazed how much this pad can hold, and how fast it absorbs. I had it on for 4 hours used it 3 times. It didn't feel wet or had any smell. Great pad!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have had more than one kid or you just have bladder leaking problem these are a must have they keep you so dry and work so well I have always used the always brand it's one I trust so I was expecting nothing but the best from them and they didn't let me down it pulls the moisture away fast keeps you dry longer and they are comfortable I highly recommend them

I’ve been buying this for the past 4+ years and all of a sudden they are shorter and do not hold up like the old ones. They are shorter and cause leaks so I went up a size to 6 to realize those are the old 5 longs. If changing the sizes on your products make it known to the consumer so we can get the proper size. It makes no sense to add size 7 by taking the 6 and putting it in 7 package and the 5 in the 6 package etc. poor customer service when you do that. I still use them but I have been looking into getting a different brand. The perfumes you started using causes irritation and actually makes my allergies worse. Just a very bad marketing tactic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my Mom. It is very comfortable and the absorbency is good. She likes this brand. It’s thin but very absorbent. Has a good design shape and good adhesive backing. This is the most absorbent pad you will find.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pad has good for bladder issues or heavy periods. Rapid dry core keeps you dry. It is thin and has great coverage due to the long size. Received as part of a promotion from Influenster for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using Always brand of feminine products. I found them not bulky atcall. The extra length was perfect. These pads are very absorbent. They are also lightly scented although the package does not say.

The Always Discreet pads had excellent absorbency, leak protection, and odor control. They were a little sticky to the skin, so definitely for short time periods. Overall, would recommend 💜
