I have the River Pro and was so happy with it, I bought the River 2 Pro. I am delighted with this generator. Really like how the top is flat. keeps it safer when traveling in Jeep. Highly recommend.

River two works great for our Internet and home automation. Power has dropped twice and it works perfectly. And it’s there fore longer emergencies to run other needed appliances.

I appreciate the LFP battery many extra lifetime cycles specs and robustness over the older NCM lithium batteries. Great APP helps on the setup of several features. great customer service.

Keeps the fridge going and two C-PACk Machines. Then one we bought before was made by the company that made the fridge but it just did not work with it. Hoping to add more later

Outstanding product

I’ve got several EcoFlow products, and they all work great—solid, reliable stuff, some shortcomings . But the naming? Pro, Plus, Extra, Grande… really? It’s like ordering coffee at a fancy café. EcoFlow, please: make it easier to figure out which product fits your needs. I join the live streams and still have a hard time understanding what i should choose for camp, off grid cabin and home backup, A simple calculator that recommends the right unit based on what I actually need would be a game-changer.

Why sell something that doesn't work as one would reason, out of the box? You have two solar panels but only one hooks up at a time unless you buy a "Y adapter". You don't buy a car with only three wheels because the manufacturer didn't tell you until you took delivery. It is assumed everything works together. You need to give everyone the Y cable to make it a complete solution. Update, they sent a cable two weeks later so I gave it more stars.

I havent yet tested this product as I am still trying to figure out why 2 solar panels were sold to me with it when I am only able to use 1 of them at a time. Thinking there was a mistake, I call manufacturer twice. neither time were the reps able to explain how/what I needed to join the 2 panels together in order to be able to use them. one of them emailed a diagram showing a 2 120 watt panels in parellel however the cable is completely different than the one I have for each of the panels so it is of no help. At this point, I am almost ready to return everything.

It comes in four packages and not all at once. Think it took three weeks to for it all to come. Bought this for my wife's CPAP when camping. We had another that cost the same five years ago that would just last a night and then take most the next day to charge, if it was sunny enough. This lasts over two nights and charges incredibly fast. Would buy again.

Excellent product it works well and this is the first solar generator that we every purchase and it didn't disappoint and everything came in box all of the connector to hook up the two solar panels to eco flow pro 2 (Y adapter). Thank you ecoflow great product and I will buy again.
