The setup was easy. Some reviewers had me concerned about the need to purchase an alleged "adapter" or "missing cable" for the second panel. It is NOT true. My unit was well packaged. There is an item within the packaging called EcoFlow Parallel xt60 Cable. It connected both my panels to the power station. Those reviewers likely overlooked it in the packaging and threw it out. Check all the small packaging boxes within the one larger box thoroughly.

Excellent product it works well and this is the first solar generator that we every purchase and it didn't disappoint and everything came in box all of the connector to hook up the two solar panels to eco flow pro 2 (Y adapter). Thank you ecoflow great product and I will buy again.

After watching several reviews of this product on YouTube, I decided that this is the perfect size power station for my needs. After trying it out for the first time this past week, I'm sure it's the best unit for my needs. Great addition to power my portable refrigerator and TV at my off-grid cabin. It easily recharges when hooked up to my small solar panel system.

Amazing little power station! I was really impressed with how well this handled my full size fridge for 9 hours and 800 w toaster! It charged really well with 200 w solar panels as well, even with a light 45 w load. Light weight and easy to carry also.

Solidly made and great features. Took trial and error for me to understand how many devices I could power and for how long. This is good for smaller needs and shorter periods. If you need to make it through the night with a fan, you are going to a need bigger solution.

I bought this because the listing/title presents it as a 1600-watt EcoFlow River 2 Pro bundle. After checking the actual specs, the River 2 Pro is an 800W continuous output power station. The 1600W number refers to EcoFlow’s X-Boost feature, which is not the same as true continuous inverter output. That difference matters. A normal buyer seeing “1600W” may reasonably expect this to run loads that a 1600W-class power station can handle. In real-world use, this is better understood as a 768Wh battery with an 800W inverter. For realistic use, this is fine for things like phones, tablets, laptops, lights, a router/modem, small fans, camera gear, and short emergency use. But it is not a serious backup unit for heavier loads like a desktop computer setup, appliance backup, event equipment, coffee makers, or anything that needs sustained higher wattage. Runtime is also limited by the 768Wh battery. After normal inverter losses, real usable AC power will be lower than the full rated capacity. A 500W load may only run for around an hour or a little more. A 300W load may run a couple of hours. Smaller electronics will last much longer, but larger devices will drain it quickly. The included solar panels are also limited. With two 45W panels, the maximum solar input from the supplied panels is only 90W under ideal conditions. On paper, charging a 768Wh battery at 90W would take about 8.5 hours, before losses. In real-world conditions, with sun angle, clouds, heat, and charging losses, it would likely take 10–12 hours of strong sunlight, which may mean more than one day depending on location and weather. The unit itself may be fine if you know exactly what you are buying. My issue is the way the wattage is presented. The listing should clearly state 800W continuous / 1600W X-Boost / 768Wh, so buyers understand the real-world capability before purchasing.

EcoFlow sells a station with two solar panels, but I can only connect one of them. I called support and they said they don't have connectors to connect two panels. I'm going to return the whole set back to them.
