The setup was easy. Some reviewers had me concerned about the need to purchase an alleged "adapter" or "missing cable" for the second panel. It is NOT true. My unit was well packaged. There is an item within the packaging called EcoFlow Parallel xt60 Cable. It connected both my panels to the power station. Those reviewers likely overlooked it in the packaging and threw it out. Check all the small packaging boxes within the one larger box thoroughly.

It comes in four packages and not all at once. Think it took three weeks to for it all to come. Bought this for my wife's CPAP when camping. We had another that cost the same five years ago that would just last a night and then take most the next day to charge, if it was sunny enough. This lasts over two nights and charges incredibly fast. Would buy again.

After watching multiple csmping, off reading shows who all raved over the Ecoflow products we made the purchase of the Delta 2 Max. Since that purchase about a month ago, we have also purchased the Mini and River 2. The power, durability, convenience and comfort knowing we can do pretty much anything with the power supply. We can camp and bring all of our goodies, refrigerator, portable AC, lights, etc. Also, with summer upon us and storms a big part, we have the comfort in knowing we have the power to keep us running. This has far been one of the best purchases ever. We added the solar panels and now are totally set up for being off the grid if we choose. The amazing fast charging is such a great feature as well. Highly recommend the Delta Max 2 as well as all other power units. Thanks Ecoflow🤩

Why sell something that doesn't work as one would reason, out of the box? You have two solar panels but only one hooks up at a time unless you buy a "Y adapter". You don't buy a car with only three wheels because the manufacturer didn't tell you until you took delivery. It is assumed everything works together. You need to give everyone the Y cable to make it a complete solution. Update, they sent a cable two weeks later so I gave it more stars.

I bought this because the listing/title presents it as a 1600-watt EcoFlow River 2 Pro bundle. After checking the actual specs, the River 2 Pro is an 800W continuous output power station. The 1600W number refers to EcoFlow's X-Boost feature, which is not the same as true continuous inverter output. That difference matters. A normal buyer seeing “1600W” may reasonably expect this to run loads that a 1600W-class power station can handle. In real-world use, this is better understood as a 768Wh battery with an 800W inverter. For realistic use, this is fine for things like phones, tablets, laptops, lights, a router/modem, small fans, camera gear, and short emergency use. But it is not a serious backup unit for heavier loads like a desktop computer setup, appliance backup, event equipment, coffee makers, or anything that needs sustained higher wattage. Runtime is also limited by the 768Wh battery. After normal inverter losses, real usable AC power will be lower than the full rated capacity. A 500W load may only run for around an hour or a little more. A 300W load may run a couple of hours. Smaller electronics will last much longer, but larger devices will drain it quickly. The included solar panels are also limited. With two 45W panels, the maximum solar input from the supplied panels is only 90W under ideal conditions. On paper, charging a 768Wh battery at 90W would take about 8.5 hours, before losses. In real-world conditions, with sun angle, clouds, heat, and charging losses, it would likely take 10–12 hours of strong sunlight, which may mean more than one day depending on location and weather. The unit itself may be fine if you know exactly what you are buying. My issue is the way the wattage is presented. The listing should clearly state 800W continuous / 1600W X-Boost / 768Wh, so buyers understand the real-world capability before purchasing.

I needed a solar generator for a small RV refrigerator for at least 6 hours of power. Looking at the output and duration numbers, this unit should work,,,, it doesn't. RV went dead after 2.4 hours. Seems to be a decent unit but I expected more out of it. The unit came with two solar panels but only only could be connected, unless an adapter is special ordered.Would have been nice to have everything needed right out of the box...

I havent yet tested this product as I am still trying to figure out why 2 solar panels were sold to me with it when I am only able to use 1 of them at a time. Thinking there was a mistake, I call manufacturer twice. neither time were the reps able to explain how/what I needed to join the 2 panels together in order to be able to use them. one of them emailed a diagram showing a 2 120 watt panels in parellel however the cable is completely different than the one I have for each of the panels so it is of no help. At this point, I am almost ready to return everything.
