Have been using Glad 13 gallon tall kitchen bags for years and they were always reliable and strong enough to hold all of the skins of a large water melon plus more. That was until now, the new bags were so filmy and garbage leaked out of the bag into the kitchen floor. What a mess and my wife screamed at me for buying so many because they were on sales. Shame on you, Glad! Please don’t cut corners. Once you lost the trusts of your loyal customers it will take years to gain it back. Please return to making quality garbage bags.

These have been terrible! They were on sale and we usually use the Members Mark brand but figured we’d try the name brand. Big mistake! The first one I pulled out of the box had a hole in it. The handles snap off easily! In fact, both of them snapped off the bag I just threw out which lead me to finally writing a review 🤣.

all of the 5 star reviews have got to be paid reviews. I bought these because they were name brand on sale, but they are worthless. The bags are so thin you can see through them and every one has ripped so far. I have had to resort to only filling them half way to avoid tears. Worthless and I'm going back to the Members brand immediately.

If I could give a zero I would. The worse trash bags ever, if you call it a trash bag. The bags are thin and fall apart. I have to use 2 just so the trash doesn't fall out. The draw strings are useless as they come out when you pull on them. It's like they were not glued in. The entire roll is like that. Glad used to be high quality. From reading the reviews a lot of others have the same problem. Glad needs to get it fixed, and fast.

I usually purchase Sam's brand of trash bags but they haven't been on sale so i decided to pick up these. It's my first time using a Glad brand and let me just say it seems every other bag tears. I've never had a trash bag tear on me. They are very flimsy and cheap like. I will not every buy this brand again

They're just terrible. Every bag rips. Can't put anything with rough or rigid edges in these bags, it will break through every time. If the bag has any weight at all, the top drawer string will rip through the plastic, making it impossible to get out of the trash can without dumping it into another bag.

I always buy my 13 gallon trash bags at Sam's, but normally buy the Member's Mark brand. Instead there was a sale on Glad brand 13 gallon. Big mistake! I have bought these before long time ago %26 forgot how thin the quality was compared to Member's Mark brand %26 the opening is not big enough for my oval stainless steel trash can. If you try to stretch it to fit, it tears. Never again will I try to save a few bucks buying Glad brand. I will stick with Member's Mark brand. They fit my 13 gallon oval trash can opening perfect %26 are thicker %26 stretch better than Glad brand.

Terrible bags. First time this has happened to me especially with name brand bags but every single bag falls into the trash can. It will not stay over the lip of the can making a constant headache of having to pull it open before you throw anything away.
