Steamer works very well. We are using it for our puppy area too keep it sanitized

I am not impressed with the dupray meat stream cleaner. I tried it on my air fryer/ oven. It took absolutely nothing off of it. So I tried it on the great glass doors and it did absolutely nothing again. I was so excited to use this and now I'm full of disappointment. If i could have treated this a zero I would have but I have it a1. All I did was waste my money. I would not recommend this product for anyone.

I brought it 3 months ago literally it changed my my life now i clean walls, middle of the tiles and sofa with this and also washroom also its so so good.😊

Doesn't clean like described. Still have to scrub my grout!

Good product and value.

I purchased this specifically to clean my grout. Unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations and although it did remove some of the dirt it did not live up to expectations as seen in the video. I had to go over the same grout line multiple times to get them somewhat clean. The machine is easy to use, I do plan on using for my baby's play area to avoid chemicals. If you plan on restoring your grout to the original look then I wouldn't recommend this product. I am attaching before and after pictures to this post.

Trigger failed and does not work. Not sure how get it fuxed

I've had my Neat steam for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it. Additionally, the service support I've received has been too Tier.

I bought this within the last two weeks with the biggest appeal being something that can clean my electric oven, which is 6 years old and is used a few times per week. It's not disgusting on the inside, but definitely has some built up grime from the years. I tried it both on the oven racks and the interior walls and door of the oven. I kept drying different angles, with and without the brush etc but the grime remained. I put some commercial cleaner and scrubbed it and it came up, but I was disappointed the Neat steam cleaner wasn't much help. The video they show to advertise the product on the page of the oven being clean in one swipe? Wasn't my reality.

Purchased 4 years ago. This steamer has made so many cleaning jobs around the house easier. My family has borrowed mine. It cleaned new mold off the shower grout, the grime in the bottom of the tub, and disinfected the rest of the bathroom. I used it on mattresses when we thought we had fleas. It cuts down on the length of time cleaning.
