These are defective and fail to function as intended. They lack the mechanism required to pump the soap out. They do not work and we will be returning them.

A dispenser without soap should not be sold. It’s useless on its own and misleading to customers.

These don't work with the soap refills on Sams website. They don't show any soap that does. I purchased 6 of them and they are no good to me.

I've been a loyal buyer of the Sam's Club foaming hand soap refill packs for a long time. They used to be a great deal at around $9, but the recent jump to nearly $15 is disappointing especially since it's for the same amount of product. What’s even more frustrating is that they modified the dispenser design without informing returning customers. There’s no clear communication on whether the new soap packaging fits the old dispensers, and that’s a problem for those of us who’ve been reusing the same models for years. I understand costs can rise, but changes like this should be clearly labeled, especially when you're altering something as specific as a refill system. Loyal customers deserve better transparency and consistency. Please consider improving your product update communication in the future.

As other reviews state, it can be hard to insert the refill pouch, but we figured it out & have been using these in our business restrooms for about 6 years & have been generally satisfied EXCEPT there were no refills available for lenghty period during the pandemic & again now... unacceptable. Its moves like tgis that have made us move more of our (substantial) weekly purchases away from Sams.
