Unable to test this product because the soap refills that shipped with it were ruptured and leaked. Destroyed the box, but the dispenser itself seems fine. I will mount and test as soon as I’m able to get some of the bags of soap to put in it.

I purchased two of these Member's Mark hand soaps for two of my bathrooms. I now find myself wishing I had acquired a third for the remaining bathroom. This has proven to be one of my most satisfying purchases. The dispenser is of good quality, and I am quite fond of the Member's Mark soap.

Bought 6 of these for a church along with the Members Mark foaming soap refills. Absolutely could not get them to work properly or at all. Refill pouches are either wrong for the dispenser or the dispenser needs a re-design to suit the pouches. It should be simple to load and remove the refill...but it is not. When I returned them, I asked the staff to show me how to install thinking that either I was doing something wrong, or the pouches supplied were incompatible. Nope, the maintenance manager could not get them working either.

I've reached out to Sam's Club because I cannot get the members mark soap pouches to work and so I came back to see if they were solutions that others have come up with. I see others are saying the same thing... very frustrating that they are out of stock of what I have in my other locations and the replacement is NOT compatible at all.

I have a theory on this. I think Sam's redesigned the dispenser and the soap that goes into it. The old dispensers are unavailable and they began selling the new ones. Unfortunately, the new dispenser is not compatible with the old soap, thus the horrible reviews. Now the old soap is unavailable, which stinks, because many of us have the old dispensers. Hopefully they will come out with the new soap soon. But, will it be compatible with the old dispensers? If not, I will have to go through my business and replace 10 dispensers.

I purchased 7 of these and now you are not showing that the soap is available. This means I have to now purchase free standing soap that ends up disappearing from the rest rooms. When are you going to get this soap back in stock? Please, let your customers know what is going on. I also agree this products is horrible to install the soap bags refills.

Our business has used this dispenser for over 11 years. Then couple months ago......bam. no more refills. Talk to customer service and they said sorry we dont carry that anymore. Why do you still scam people into buying your useless stock of dispensers. These use an eco lap propitory refill that only sams had the rights to.......shame.

I have not been able to order a refill for 3 months. I got on list to e-mail me when it was available, I got two emails stating was available. Lie, Don't understand Its a sams product! , not like when they took out hormel bacon bits for sams fatty ones! This is there product

Sam's has been "out of stock" on the refills for at least 6 months now. I was extremely frustrated, but found a replacement that works in these dispensers. Do an internet search for Novo Foaming Hand Soap. It's a little bit more expensive, but it works. The cheapest I found it was at the Restaurant Store, but you can find it at many other online retailers. Shame on you Sam's for selling a product, and then discontinuing the refills.

Where are the refills??? this is crazy "exclusive" so.... what good is that. This is something you advertise and has your name on shame on you and no comparable substitute!
